We got up to the floor our room was on, and stepped out of the elevator to a large pile of boxes - it looked like huge stacks of wall mirrors or some kind of decor for the rooms. We made our way past that to our room, which was pitch black and freezing cold on entering. We found a lamp switch and turned up the heat but it took a longtime for the room to warm up. The bathroom had no trash can and the toilet did not flush. Maintenance fixed the toilet handle as soon as I canned the front desk, but overall it was not a super comfortable stay.
