Step into Palmas Reales and the beauty will take your breath away. A new owner has redecorated and outfitted this luxury condo with the extras that makes it stand out above all others.

Palmas Reales is a 3 BR, 3.5 bath top-of-the-line condominium located approximately 2.5 miles north of town. This unit is on the first floor of one of Cozumel's most upscale buildings with sweeping views of the most brilliant blue water you've ever seen. Located on the first floor means you have easy access to the pool and seaside where you can soak up the sun or take a refreshing dip in the pool. You will definitely want to slip on your mask, fins and snorkel to get a closer look at the rainbow colored fish and vast array of sea creatures right out your door. There is easy access into the water via a ladder. Then let the gentle current take you along the coast and exit at the public dock; it's an easy walk back on the new pedestrian walkway to Palmas Reales. By the way, this new walkway goes all the way into town, so you can jog, bike or take a pleasant stroll to restaurants and shopping (or hail a taxi along the oceanfront road).
Inside you will be delighted with Palmas Reales 1C which is one of the largest 3 BR condos on the island. The living room, dining room and kitchen have magnificent views of the sparkling blue Caribbean. Sliding glass doors lead to the oceanfront balcony which is a perfect spot to enjoy seaside morning coffee or a cool beverage as you watch the sun set over the Caribbean. You have the best seat on the island to watch as cruise ships pass in the evening, or the night lights of Playa del Carmen the distant horizon.

Dining area seats 6 with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen island. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, microwave, cook-top, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, oven, blender, pots and pans.

The oceanfront master suite has a king bed, private bath, tub and sliding glass doors onto the oceanfront balcony. Second bedroom has king bed, private bath and jungle view. The third bedroom has a king bed, private bath and views of the emerald green jungle.

There is a 1/2 bath off the living area. And, of course, this unit has all the comforts of home. With the high speed internet, you can login to any of your streaming services from the smartTV, or your own devices.
