Hotelli sijaitsee lähellä kaunista Chankanaab Park West Shore saaren ja vain 10 minuutin päässä kaupungin San Miguel on CASA Vista del Mar osakehuoneisto monimutkainen kutsutaan "COZUMEL PARADISE". Siivouspalvelu on kolme kertaa viikossa ja pesukone ja kuivaaja toimitetaan omaan käyttöön. Yksityinen kokki, lastenhoitajan, ja monet toimet ovat saatavilla lisämaksusta kautta paikallinen edustaja.

Henkilökohtainen palvelu alkaa saapumista Condo täydellinen kierros laitoksen ja ohje käytöstä kaikkia palveluita.

The property was absolutely lovely and so authentic. The views from this beachfront property are some of the best in Cozumel. The property manager was incredibly easy to communicate with and very responsive and the rooftop area is such a beautiful and relaxing place to hang out- we absolutely loved it! The value for your money for this condo just cannot be beat!

The condominium is really nice and right on the water. We were able to snorkle right off the shore. There are more reefs and structure if you snorkle from the shore at neighboring shorelines such as the Money Bar. It is very private while the clubs on either side of the condo are busy. I would recommend renting a car. I would stay here again if we visit cozumel.

What a find!!The housekeeping staff was kind and did a great job.The management company (Damien) was very communicative and assured all was to our expectations.You will need a car or be at the mercy of made up fares on the spot. The same ride can cost 30 USD or 11USD. Friendly beach clubs on either side which let us eat at the restaurants and bar. Great amenities including beach towels, filtered water, soap/shampoo, washer/dryer. We loved relaxing on the deck watching the cruise ships arrive in the AM and depart in the evenings...Thank you for everything!!

Lovely, quiet location. Well maintained complex. Spacious unit in average condition. Aesthetically appealing pool but unheated and cold. No physical contact with host. We contacted him to advise that we only had hot water for showers…. none for kitchen and that a/c would not turn off in a rear bedroom. He texted back that he would look into it but did not. A car is required to make the most of your vacation here.

Slice of Paradise

Paradise Condos are a perfect location for a family friendly getaway on Cozumel. This was our second time with Hippy Bob & Diane, previously we used the 3rd floor unit.Check in is a breeze with the local manager communicating in advance and sending PDF brochures of the unit and area. The condos are spacious and well appointed. The washer & dryer are a bonus to packing lightly for travel. The location is close enough to town for trips in to dinner (after the cruise ships have left!) and groceries. There are 2 beach clubs on either side of the condos that serve food during the day. They do play loud music, but they are not open for dinner so evenings are quiet.We went to the island for the snorkeling and diving. Dive boats can pick you up at the Tortugas pier if you eat or pay a small fee. Snorkeling during the day in the buoys you will see lots of fish but not much coral. Snorkeling at night within the buoys for Paradise and Uvas was quite exciting with yellow stingrays, squid, lobsters, eels, and octopus!10/10 would do again!

Family Vacation

We absolutely enjoyed staying at this property! The location with a beach area and decent snorkeling out front was wonderful and made it so we could just stay put and relax on site if we wanted. We enjoyed the resorts on each side for activities and eats and drinks. This unit was very clean and maintained daily by staff. The occupants around us were all very enjoyable. We would rent a car or motorcycle next time just because taxis aren’t consistent with prices but are mostly readily available if need one. Also enjoyed cooking on site and would get to grocery store sooner since resorts close by 5pm and not much for food in this area once they are closed. We would love staying here again if we decide to come back to Cozumel.

Great, but…..

Overall, the place was great, and Damien was easy to communicate with. Our only issue was with the way the condo was advertised. We were in Cozumel for my daughter’s wedding. We were deciding between several condos in the area, and Hippie Bob’s stood out because of the rooftop “party palapa.” It was advertised as a great space for family gatherings for things like family reunions and weddings. Well, turns out, you can only “gather” 7 people. Which is exactly the number of people who can stay in the condo. The rooftop palapa is very awesome. And completely worthless for what we were expecting it to be. We weren’t going to have some raging party. We simply wanted to have 15-20 of our family members over for drinks/chips and guac for a couple of hours since they had traveled to the wedding, and it is easily big enough for that. And don’t get me wrong, I totally understand when hosts don’t want a bunch of extra people at the property. I was just so excited that this one WOULD purportedly allow it. Which is exactly what tipped the scales in Hippie Bob’s favor when we were deciding which place to choose. To be fair, Damien did tell us that we could only have 7 people, but it was only AFTER I messaged him to reserve the palapa, not thinking it would be a problem at all. So, enjoy the condo—it is quite lovely and clean. And enjoy the palapa with the folks you are staying. Just don’t expect to use it for more than that. If they haven’t changed the listing, they should.

Perfect Location

The location, pool, and beach area are great (bring water shoes)! It is nice having the bars, restaurants, and activities right next door. They do close early evening so it is quiet at night.Damian, the property manager is excellent - responds fast and goes above and beyond (Vanessa the housekeeper is also a gem). The only reason I did not rate this a 5 is because the interior could use updating and although there are plenty of places to have a meal or play cards, there really is not a comfortable place inside or outside to lounge around and chit chat. The swinging bed is amazing but it's only for1 or maybe 2 people.

Charming Cozumel Beachfront Condo

This condo is just as described and better. We will be back. Clean, well appointed, comfortable, beachfront ocean and pool access. The manager assisted in coordinating a seamless check in and check out. Had one problem getting TV to show USStations and manager was there within 5 minutes and helped sort out our technology needs. Enjoy. You won’t regret staying

Amazing Location! Beautiful and eclectic home!

This property was stunning and we very much appreciate the stained glass bird window in the main bedroom, as well as the mural painted on the patio. The home was comfortable, fully stocked, and most importantly: have a great location right on the sand! We highly recommend I would love to come back!
