Heaters did not work properly, it was super cold for me. Had to change rooms twice. Second night i wanted to leave but staff told me they couldnt refund my money. I promise you they would not treat their family member this way but they seem to be ok treating me like this. Putting me in room with limted heat while it was 32 degrees that night. . I will never return to this hotel again.

don’t recommend if your looking for something nice and good quality. the lobbies and hallway smelt bad, the rooms smelt like straight cigarettes and weed, we then got another room where the mattress and the comforter were stained bad

The person who checked me in would not provide me with his name. The deposit was $100, which was more than the room itself. The hotel is in the worst area! There were prostitutes in the parking lot. Cars, including my own, were being jacked up and taken from the parking lot by an unmarked tow truck. Had the security man not been outside my car, along with others, would have been taken God knows where.
