My overall stay was clean quiet and peaceful. Comfortable bed. Hot water never ran out in the shower. The dining was great. Excellent customer service throughout from the lobby to the restaurant and from housekeeping.

Short stay

The service when I first checked in was excellent. The issues came the next day when I noticed the shower was leaking. Instead of them communicating to me that they would be moving me to a different room the water was just shut off and I found out as I was getting ready to take a shower. I called the front office and was told I wasn’t supposed to be able to get into my room. I advised I did get into my room and needed to know what was going on. I was then told what they expected was for me not to be able to get into my room and then I would come back downstairs and then they would tell me what was going on. In my opinion that is not a logical form of communication, letting the customer know up front seems to help. When I got to the new room the TV didn’t work. Thankfully they were able to switch it out quickly.
