With only 1,300 permanent residents, Dauphin Island has a small town vibe and offers a peaceful, relaxing vacation. Situated on the Gulf of Mexico with direct views of the water, this 3-bed, 2-bath vacation rental condo is perfect for 8 guests.
Holiday Isle Resort is a luxury resort offering upscale amenities including an outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna, tennis courts, a fitness center and a private boardwalk to the beach. Privacy and security are ensured at Holiday Isle from the gated entrance and night security patrol. Each unit has granite kitchen and bath countertops and high end appliances. Our condo has beautiful hardwood flooring & has been recently repainted and redecorated. The living room has a large flat screen TV as well as TVs in the master & queen guest bedroom. Cable, free WIFI, and local calls are included. Playing cards, puzzles and other games are provided for your enjoyment.
Dauphin Island has a small town atmosphere and is the best kept secret on the Gulf Coast. There are no traffic lights, just miles of bike paths, walking trails and white sandy beaches. It is easily accessible from interstates 10 & 65 with a beautiful drive via the causeway and bridge. The island is on a major bird migratory path and is wonderful for bird watchers and outdoor nature enthusiasts with biking, boating, fishing, and golfing.
For history buffs, visit historic Fort Gaines on the island or take the Mobile Bay car ferry to Fort Morgan near Gulf Shores, both strategic locations during the civil war. Visit Dauphin Island Estuarium and Sea Lab, a showcase of the natural resources found in Mobile Bay Estuary, the 4th largest estuary system in the US. The kids will enjoy the many hands on exhibits such as the sting ray touch pool. Swamp and alligator tours are available nearby. An hour away, Gulf Shores, abounds with shopping and adventure opportunities and Biloxi, MS offers casino gambling and live entertainment.

Master Bedroom: King Bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | Bedroom 3: 4 Twin Beds (Bunk Beds). A full size high rise air mattress and a child Pack N Play crib is available if needed. All bedrooms have comfortable, high quality mattresses and bed linens.
The master suite includes a king-size bed and flat screen TV and Blu-Ray/ DVD player. Sliding glass doors open onto the balcony and provide beautiful views from your bed. The ensuite master bath has a large granite vanity with double sinks, large bathtub and separate shower.
Guest Bedroom 2 includes a queen bed and flat screen TV. Guest bedroom 3 has four twin beds - stacked bunk beds.

Living room seating consists of a sofa and two rattan deep cushion side chairs. There is a large flat screen TV with cable. The large floor to ceiling windows provide amazing views of our beautiful white sand beaches.
-- KITCHEN & DINING --
Spacious kitchen with work island, granite counter tops and stainless steel full-size appliances, fully stocked with dinnerware, high quality cookware, coffeemaker (Keurig & regular pot), blender, toaster, mixer, crock pots, air fryer, and griddle. Basic cooking ingredients, spices, kitchen linens and storage containers are provided. Cleaning products and starter paper products included.
The dining room has a beautiful rattan and glass table seating four as well as additional seating for four more at the bar. Additional dining options available at the balcony table. A small high chair is available for the little ones.
-- BALCONY --
The spacious patio area can be reached from the living room or master bedroom. Ample seating is provided in the deep cushion patio sofa and chair set as well as dining seating for six.
-- BATHROOMS --
The ensuite master bath has a large granite vanity with double sinks, a large bathtub and separate shower. Bathroom 2 has granite counter tops, double sinks, and a large tub/shower combo.
Quality linens for all bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms. Lots of thick fluffy towels are provided for both bathrooms and 6 beach towels are provided for beach and swimming pool. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided in each bathroom for guest use.
-- LAUNDRY ROOM --
A washer and dryer, ironing board & iron and vacuum are available. A stainless storage unit provided to hold your supplies. For your use at the beach: a sand/beach wagon, 6 beach towels, sand blanket, sun shade tent, 2 sand/beach chairs, small cooler, assortment of sand toys, child water wings, & a crab/fishing net. We ask that you brush/vacuum the sand, place in their storage containers, and return to the laundry room before your departure.
-- POLICIES -- (SEE RULES & REGULATIONS SHEET)
- NO SMOKING - Holiday Isle prohibits smoking anyplace at the resort even including the parking garage and balcony. The HOA fine is $200 per incident and you will be charged if we are assessed this fine during your stay.
- NO PETS - The HOA fine is $200 per day for pet (excepting service animal as defined in Alabama law).
- DRONES - Are not allowed to be operated from Holiday Isle property. You may use them on the beach
- No events, parties or large gatherings - Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Cancellation Policy - Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. Traveler who cancel 14 to 30 days before check-in, will receive 50% refund of amount paid. Cancellation less than 14 days before check-in will receive no refund.
We will make every attempt to re-rent the unit and refund your balance but this is not guaranteed.
Hurricane cancellation exception: If a hurricane is predicted by the NWS for Dauphin Island 2 days before your arrival, a hurricane has made access to the island impossible, or our condo is uninhabitable, we can reschedule your vacation for a later date or refund your deposit. If you are staying at the time a hurricane occurs and an evacuation has been ordered by the Alabama governor, you will only be charged for the days of usage.
