We Love It Here.

We absolutely love this hotel. We stay at least once a year and enjoy the quiet beach. Staff is always friendly and helpful, grounds, hotel and rooms are always spotless. A gem!

We booked 3 rooms for our family. We loved the Coral Sands. Peaceful, sparkling clean pool. Exceptionally clean room. Perfect views and a gorgeous car-free beach. We loved the view from all of our rooms. We had fresh top quality towels and sheets and icy cold air conditioning. Friendly helpful staff. The rooms are dated with popcorn ceilings, older ceiling fans, and small toilets. But were very clean and in good repair.

The room was fine and clean and very comfortable in the heat. This was Memorial Day Weekend and we were on the pool side of the building. This made it quite noisy as well as people parking automobiles near the pool with big speakers blasting out music that I did not want to listen to but was forced to all day when I was there. Don't stay on the poolside of the Inn.

Great accommodations at a small family-run property. Its old Florida style Oceanside cottages are great! The rooms with kitchenettes are perfect for small families or couples looking to enjoy coffee and breakfast with an ocean view right outside their door.

4th time staying here!

This was my 4th time staying here and I’m never disappointed. This isn’t a fancy place, it’s a bit dated but very clean. It’s a family environment, feels safe and very easy to get around . The beach is literally steps away- go in the morning. Afternoon, sunset, and in the dark! Experience it at any time. And if you forget something in the room or need to use the restroom, it’s an easy walk back to your room. The staff is 10/10- I was there the day after a storm and they had powers outages on and few cottages, staff was working overtime to get issues resolved. I saw them there swapping out TVs and taking care of maintenance issues well past 8pm. And even with all the pressure , they are still friendly and kind and don’t let it affect the guests. Rooms are a bit dated and you can see they’ve patched things up just about everywhere, rooms are a bit mildewy smelling but everything is very clean. Sheets are clean, beds are comfy and we had everthing we needed. I can’t wait to stay in a cottage in the future. I will continue to stay here!

We love this place. It's fairly no frills, has charcoal bbg grills and a swimming pool, lobby has tea or coffee in the way of resort things, but it suits us fine. Any thing we might want is a few minutes drive (restaurants, movies, lounges, stores...).The ocean is a few hundred feet walk away. Every room has a view of the ocean. We have been staying there for 20+ years and will continue to stay there. Great friendly staff.

The view was beautiful, and the accessible walkway to the beach was truly the highlight of the stay. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by several issues. The ladies at the front desk were rude and unhelpful, though the male staff members were friendly and professional. The refrigerator in the room didn’t work, and parking was a nightmare—very limited and hard to manage. If the service and amenities had matched the location, this would have been a much better experience
