I paid you, you never reserved my booked night. They couldn't help us at the hotel and couldn't get ahold of you to fix this issue. Therefore we had no where to stay and drove 4 hours home.

Clean room and the location was walkable to all nearby shops, restaurants and the beach. Checkin was super fast which was great. One small critique, we thought the front desk person should have been dressed a little more professional- at least something that reflected he was an employee. He had a plain black T-shirt on.

The biggest issue was the bed. It was like sleeping on the ground- extremely hard and lumpy. Hampton is our go to when we stay out of town, but we were disappointed in this stay.

Our room had a AC dripping sound that went on all night. We got up trying to figure out how to make it stop. No luck. My hubby didn’t sleep at all. I let the lady at the front desk know so they can fix it before the next guests but not sure she heard me or maybe not know how to respond. Had great stays there in the past.

When you have a third party booking and it says “what you pay” or “actual price”you need to mention it’s 25 dollars a day for parking. You can park on the street in front of hotel for free. Extremely disappointed Very overpriced
