This is the second year in we stay with Hyatt and as always, our experience was wonderful. Everyone at hotel is very friendly and hotel is very clean. Staff is excellent and I love that it is walking distance from Atlantic avenue. We really enjoy our stay and this year hotel was newly remodeled and looks like a brand new hotel.

Great location. Staff was friendly. Sheets were a little stained when we arrived, asked for new sheets and staff came right up. It was very loud out in the hallway. Wish there was a bit more insulation to drown out the noise.

Great for the Area

Super convenient clean with a decent breakfast. I would stay again when I return to the area. I did not love that they gave us a handicapped room with audio announcing on the television, but when you use hotels com now they give you the least desirable room as you are at a slight discount.

Nice Hotel, Bad Service

This hotel was beautiful and in a great location with a beautiful rooftop pool, but overall we had subpar service. Primarily, The Placery restaurant and bar seemed like it actually wasn’t meant to be utilized; we ordered their “famous” burger and a piña colada and after waiting for about 15 minutes, we were told that they actually didn’t have any burger patties or piña colada mix, among many other ingredients. They were also out of caffeinated tea at the continental breakfast which I was very disappointed with. Additionally, when we first arrived at our designated check-in time, our room still wasn’t ready and we had to wait an extra 30 minutes or so. This was a nice stay since we weren’t in the hotel for most of it, but I was quite disappointed with the service we received for the price that we paid.

I’ve stayed here at least six times in the last few years. It’s always a win! Perfect location to all the fun that Delray offers. Rooms are gorgeous, breakfast is great in well lit dining area with floor to ceiling windows for people watching. You really don’t need a car if you’re here for Delray. Thanks!

Everything about this hotel was fine. The only one problem was the water pressure in the shower was completely unacceptable. I asked them to fix it, but they did not. There was even a period of time when the water was shut off entirely. The water was literally dripping down.

The room and the lobby were so beautiful. The room was extremely spacious, like I felt it could use a little table and chairs. I was surprised the room had a clothes steamer, rather then an iron! That is a PLUS!! I always bring a steamer. Staff was very nice. Had a drink at the bar, it was very good. My only thing I wasn't too fond of was the pool. It was too quiet, like no music, no bar up there. Usually a roof top has that. But other than that it was fantastic.
