Made a reservation two weeks in advance. Called a day before for early check in and was told to call back later. Called three more times over the next two days. Got nowhere. Got to the hotel and check in time and the room wasn’t ready. After another hour I called and asked for a manager. He just said how busy they were. Finally got. Room but not what I wanted an hour and a half later. Room was not great. Employees were not cooperative. Will never ever stay at a Hyatt again

Really great hotel, would definitely stay again. Great location - easy access to Atlantic Avenue, Old School Square & Beach. Spacious, tasteful, modern and clean rooms. Good breakfast choice. Very comfortable beds. Parking easy on-site at $25 per night.

Room was extremely spacious, including bathroom. Clean. Staff was friendly. Amazing location. Sufficient parking available, even with the hotel being full. Breakfast that was included with the stay was reasonable.

We had to ask for the room to be cleaned, WiFi didn’t work, no towels at pool unless you call and ask, someone else’s toiletries were left in the room when we checked into our room. Water takes a very long time to get warm. Breakfast is very good and the breakfast staff is lovely.
