The property has not been kept up to date, the bathroom vanity and under the kitchen sink has water damage. The kitchen cabinets are cracked and warped. Water leaks are apparently a concern. There is no door on the shower and water sprays all over creating a fall hazard. Put down some towels on the tile. Mold was present in and around the shower and under the sinks in the bathroom as kitchen. Overall could be a cleaner. Highlight- the pillows had dead worms >10 (dark brown caterpillar like (~2inches) dead inside the pillows like but, definitely not catipillars. No apology or explanation other than answering “yes” when asked if they had seen these before. Housekeeping did quietly switch out the pillows. The property requires a $60 per night incidental (not stay) hold on your card on top of nightly rate. (Note there is no onside dining only a bar with limited hours) The nightly rate was double charged by hotel and Expedia so watch your card statement. There was very noticeable interpersonal friction between reception staff. So apparent it was uncomfortable to have to watch.

I was happy to stay here, the location is excellent, the room didn't disappoint me as well - big, nice, cozy and clean. One of 2 chairs was broken and tgey didnt have another to replace, but as I stayed alone I didn't need it. There was no shampoo in the bathroom, but they brought it as soon as I asked for it. Its very quiet, the bed is supercomfortable and big. The swimming pool is small, you can't really swim there. Not much equipment in the gym, but nice. The breakfast is good, some omelete, some fruits, you have choise. Wi fi is not fully free( just minimal, other is for fee), that's quite unexpected. In general I had a great rest! Thanks! The stuff is nice!

This hotel was really nice and clean. We weren’t sure what to expect when we read “urban studio” on our reservation and were pleasantly surprised when we saw we had a kitchenette, living room area, and bedroom separated by the bathroom. The hotel is in a really good location right by the 16th street mall which made it pretty easy to walk to a lot of things but also offered the option to use the free mall bus. There was complimentary breakfast which was kind of simple/basic but at least it gave us an option if we weren’t quite ready to head out for the day yet. The bar was open nightly and the bartenders were so friendly, bar had complimentary nuts. The whole facility was kept quite clean even after the snow day. They had complimentary water bottles and cookies the night we checked in. The only minor complaint we had is that some of the receptionist desk staff came off a bit unfriendly but we weren’t there for them so we just ignored it. Will definitely stay again if we ever go back out there.

Key cards for all aspects of entry, rest rooms, elevators, ect. A bit over the top in that respect. Fairly easy to get in and out of driving and parking in the local garages. TV,. Didnt work at all. Suite was like a home away from home. Loved that. Microwave meal that costs maybe $6.00 at grocery was$21.00. Thats not cool. Didnt buy it. Did see that others had groceries delivered to front desk._That would be the thing to do as suites have micro, fridge, dishwasher and even garbage disposal. Dishes and storage containers too:) Overall, good stay. They do have valet parking too, it was expensive. Plenty of easy access lots close by. Pavillions is theone we chose.

The stuff is incredible here! The rooms are fantastic with the kitchenette and bonus points for cheap and easy meals to make in your room from the shop. The bar staff is incredible, Mackenzie is absolutely stellar! Highly recommend this place!
