We had initial hiccups at check in, our room and our linens were not clean on the first night. I talked to the receptionist and our concerns were addressed immediately, plus we were switched to a different room. The front desk staff was very warm and welcoming. Our valet attendants were excellent, they remembered us and were on their way to get our car as we got off the elevators. The hotel was centrally located and we felt safe walking around.

The room was dark with very little lighting available. The safe didn't work, and no wash cloths had been left in the room when we arrived. Two washcloths were left the second day but only one on the third day. There was only one robe even though there were two of us, and the shower leaked. Service in the restaurant was friendly but careless in the morning. I was served scrambled eggs the first day when I'd ordered fried eggs and I received sausage the second morning when I'd ordered bacon.

Kind of dirty

Close to everything. Unfortunately our room was dirty, candy on the floor in several places. Sticky cola on night stand and the comforter looked like it had cheeto powder on it. No wash clothes were provided. The staff was friendly though. Really don't think we will stay here again.

Enjoyed my stay. Delicious food, and everything is so close to this hotel. Comfy beds. Only one minus is that parking is too expensive.

The staff was super nice and our room was very clean. It’s close to where we needed to go. I would def stay here again. We were also able to find parking on the street every night and the times we were parked it was free. So we lucked up and we didn’t have to valet for $59/night or park in the garage for $36/night
