The hotel itself is nice but our room was only cleaned once when staying. The $20 movie we rented was skipping out on the TV and they charge you $25 late check out (an hour later) I travel for work and have never seen a hotel charge this amount for a later checkout

Everything about this hotel was great EXCEPT the snooty all high and mighty bartender. We went down and asked for coffee which we paid for and she acted like it was too much of an inconvenience for her so we blew it off and figured oh she is having a bad day we tipped her and went down the next day same old gal asked for coffee and same attitude it was the. We went to the front desk they didn’t seem to care. My friends went down for a drink and she was rude to them as well

Good for what it was. Restaurant on lobby floor was good. Stay was very brief but the body soap in bathroom was practically empty. We told the staff at checkout and the response was “did you guys tell us earlier?” And that’s not the response that should’ve been given. considering it was practically EMPTY that should’ve been refilled during the cleaning of the room before we checked in.

Attending concert at buell theater which was about a 10-15 minute walk. Lobby underwhelming but nice gym and outdoor seating area on 15th floor. Unfortunately only able to order food from a small happy hour menu due to short staffing. I have no big complaints but next time I will probably stay closer to theater. Price reasonable, room nice.
