The property overall is pretty nice and convenient being attached to the airport. Only stayed 1 night to make it easier for my handicapped wife to travel in the morning and it turned out to be VERY inconvenient due to all the elevators being down. It was a big struggle to even get her to the lobby to check in as she had to manage several flights of stairs. Things happen sometimes out of the hotels control but for $500 a night this was a nightmare.

Great peaceful rest. Very clean which is a must and well maintained. My Bonvoy app did not work for checkout nor was it posted on my tv. The gift shop did not carry souvenirs which would have been nice since the airport shopping is only accessible beyond the security entrance. Cumbersome n confusing to navigate to the front area and the lobby at times. More helpful signage needed. And perhaps a conserve posted away from the lobby.
