Very noisy at all hours of the night . Not very clean free breakfast was packet of oatmeal and nutra grain bar. Do not stay here it was awful.

I stayed in a neighboring hotel previously and wrongly assumed all hotels in the area are similar. When I checked in, I was told I didn’t have a reservation and they were fully booked. They were ready to turn me away but I asked them to call a manager. Turns out someone on their staff had previously checked me in, even though I hadn’t spoken with anyone. Our room appeared clean enough, but upon closer inspection, the floor was really dirty and there was a greasy mess left on the nightstand. We called for an extra towel at night and were told housekeeping wasn’t there, so we couldn’t get any delivered. Ok. We went down and asked for one the next morning and were told me couldn’t get a new one until we exchanged an old one. Luckily he still gave us one. We were told they had grab and go breakfast until 9:30. I wasn’t expecting much. We stopped by at 9am and were told it ended at 9. I said I thought it was 9:30? The response was “oh you’re right, it’s 9:30, we have some muffins and snacks on that table”. There were in fact no muffins, just granola bars and some tea bags. Super disappointing, even though my expectations were already low. Overall we weren’t very comfortable but it was safe enough. Luckily the bed had no issues.

Never again

The hallways reeked of weed and Im a supporter of weed but think its inappropriate to smoke in a no smoking hotel. I got asked 10 times while packing my car if I was checking out. There were men hanging out in the lobby hitting on my 22 year old daughter. The room was dirty. The tub had no drain stop. We had to go back down for the kitchen items. Third night, loud bass music well past 10pm. Loud enough to hear over our tv. We went to retrieve a lost baby toy amd saw a ton of trash under the beds. The front of the refrigerator looked like it hadnt been cleaned in years. Just not pleased at all.
