Worse I've seen in a while

The entry way and reception was fine, except for the overwhelming scented odor of some sort of air freshener. In the Room, carpet smelled like dirty socks, bath room is dilapidated, Smoke alarm continued to peep, upon close inspection its over 24 years old. They are to be replaced every 10 years. Not 25. Also the wrong battery was used. More than likely the source of the constant peeping. TV did not function, remote control did not work and the battery cover was missing. Restaurant is under construction, yet the website does not say so. It claims its open. In room fridge smelled as well, unsure the last time it was cleaned. Overall, its disgusting. Would not recommend this stay to anyone.

The room had cob webs all over the lamp in the corner and debris atound the base, bath tub tap leaking terrible; no one came to remedy these problems when I reported them. There were no breakfast burgers at breakfast, the only hot item was waffels.

I was looking for inexpensive but safe/clean facilities. This was very inexpensive, and the safety/cleanliness were sufficient. The location was excellent for visiting people in the metro-detroit area.
