Room wasn’t ready by check in time told me it would be another few hours after it said it would be ready by 3pm , didn’t receive a phone call until 3 hours later that the room was ready , it is was absolutely disgusting, there was pee on the toilet seat hair in the bath tub , and jacuzzi was sticky and dirty and didn’t want to use it and sit in someone’s filth , there was also sticky stuff on the tables and hair pins scattered all over the floor , seem like all they did was slap some sheets and pillows on

The shower wasnt the greatest took me 20 minutes to get it to heat up. I have stayed here twice so far. The lack of lighting in the rooms wasn’t pleasant. They take deposits for the rooms to keep You accountable for damages and smoke. Then why does the halls and rooms wreak of weed.

My bathroom door wasn't latching properly, let the front desk staff know and they got me a maintenance member to fix the door within 20 minutes while they were busy. Pretty impressed, overall a pretty good stay

I will not stay there again.

The hotel was not very clean. We arrived on Friday Valentine’s Day to flower petals on the floor, no big deal. On Sunday those petals were still there, so it was clear no one had vacuumed the hallways. The bathroom tub leaked in our room so it was a constant dripping. The bathroom door had to be lifted in order to shut. The other visitors were extremely loud, smoking weed, playing music loud, and letting their kids run in the hallways at 4am.
