Staff was super welcoming to us and our people-loving pooch. Didn't hurt that they upgraded our room, maybe out of sympathy for our otherwise frustrating afternoon. The room was really great: nice view from huge windows, comfortable couch, great bath. Thanks Hannah and Rashid.

We have always enjoyed breakfast at the hotel. This was a different experience. It took some time to get water and coffee. The server informed us that they were out of orange juice and multiple dishes, as well as syrup. We waited nearly an hour for our breakfast which was mediocre. Disappointing.
