Rooms absolutely wreaked of cigarettes despite being no- smoking. We had three rooms and all three smelled of cigarette smoke. In addition the awful smile smell, two of the three rooms were very clean - the third was not at all clean. I reserved the rooms on Expedia and when I arrived to check in, I was told each person needed a different person with a separate ID to confirm the reservation, which I've never experienced before. We ended up not using one of the rooms, my brother and his pregnant wife chose to sleep on the couch in my sister's living room because the cigarette smell was too much for them. ..not to mention the noise from the room next door at 3:00 am. Do not recommend this property

Check-in was easy and fast. Rooms was decent with no bugs which is a plus for me. Outside was fairly clean . Room service was provided during the stay & all staff was polite.
