I booked a sea view room via Expedia and included a specific request for a room with a good view to enhance my vacation experience. Yet, the hotel didn’t respond on the messages. Upon check-in, I also asked for a quiet room. However, I was assigned a room on the lowest floor, directly across from the elevator, and with two twin beds—none of which aligned with my requests. It took approximately 20 minutes of back and forth discussion while I was informed by the check-in staff that no alternative rooms were available. Fortunately, after escalating the issue to the duty manager, I was promptly reassigned to a higher-floor room with a beautiful sea view, which better met my expectations. While I greatly appreciate the professionalism and excellent service provided by the duty manager and the concierge team, the initial check-in experience fell short and impacted my first impression of the hotel. I would recommend improving consistency in service standards across all front desk staff and encouraging the team to learn from those who deliver truly outstanding customer service.

This was our second visit to this incredible resort, and once again, it completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the service was nothing short of exceptional—every detail was taken care of, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. It’s the kind of service you don’t just hope for, but rarely imagine actually exists. The resort itself is absolutely stunning. Beautifully maintained, spacious, and full of thoughtful touches that make it feel like a true getaway. It’s also ideal for families—our toddler had the best time! There are plenty of activities to keep little ones entertained, and everything feels safe, welcoming, and family-friendly. The prices of the drink are too expensive, it's x3 more expensive than in London for a pint of beer. It's not a nice feeling when you pay a lot of money to be there in the first place.

Staff were super helpful especially the gym trainer with beard (I didn’t catch his name). Choice in buffet was excellent. It is 20 min walking from main JBR, metro is also 20 min walk. Beach is clean, although the adjacent beach is a slightly noisy marina. Bins on the beach would be useful. The only other thing is that it was very crowded when we went in end April altough that can be a measure of its popularity. Would stay again.

As a family of 4 we really enjoyed our stay, the whole experience was amazing. We didn’t want to come home. You don’t have to go out of the hotel plenty of bars, restaurants to choose from and plenty of sunbathing ares and pools to move about to daily could not fault this hotel stay was perfect from start to finish truly was an amazing experience and looking fitted will be back.

Brilliant stay

Fab stay - it's a great hotel. Super well staffed - the staff are second to none and the service was excellent all week. Love the layout and the fact there was an adults only garden - very peaceful reading my book out there. We ate at the buffet a couple of times, the beach bar, Mexican and the sports bar - all excellent. The food was fresh and plentiful. Rooms large, beds comfortable and well-stocked. Would highly recommend - a premium is charged but nothing was too much trouble and I came away feeling rested and like I'd had a holiday.
