Great hotel. Was upgraded to a suite as part of being VIP both on Raddison and platinum on Expedia. Suite was beautiful and specious. Breakfast was by far the nicest breakfast we had in a while. Staff is polite and helpful. Free and convenient parking. Pool was small and a ton of constructions outside. Burj view no longer available due to a high rise building newly built in front of the hotel. Limited food options around the hotel. Overall, Definitely stay here again despite the minor setbacks.

The hotel is located in the business bay area. There is a train station nearby. We walked along the canal, which is right across the street. There are plenty of restaurants nearby or you can take a bit of a walk towards the Burj and find more. there are three buildings going up right by the hotel, but we never felt that there was a lot of noise. The little café makes a great a latte that you can take on the go and some amazing looking sweets as well. The pool bear is very nice.There is a little market two doors down in case you forgot anything. We liked the location because we could either walk or get a grab/taxi to the museum and other sites. If we had stayed down at the waterfront, those would’ve been more expensive to get to. Overall, we loved our stay in Dubai and can’t wait to come back!

Staffs of this property were amazing. The small issue was the unknown tourism fee that we had to pay when checking in. Other than that, love everything about this property and will highly recommend it when visiting Dubai.

Special mention goes out to Arshad at Front desk who was very welcoming and courteous....he even upgraded us to Suite for the convenience of our kids...The whole staff right from the valet,Concierge & front desk were really nice...greeted with smile all the time...Lobby had goodie bags in the mornin with no charge & Sparkling water also available at lobby during the day alongwith cookies for kids....Would recommend this to anyone who visits Dubai for leisure or Business...

They don’t allow any visitors any times, my room was facing a construction site so a lot of noise I wasn’t informed about it, Room condition was ok, had issues with the balcony door so outdated. Overall it wasn’t a 5 star stay.
