During check in they didn't provide us with extra bed and fix it next day after a complain on internet. Last two days it was stink in the room and hall because of some painting on the floor which I find unexceptionable especially during human stay in hotel. We also had strange noises at night from bathroom l. Another very serious thing what I want to mention about it is a shower door which opent to inside and can be dangerous if a person fainted out preventing from him to easily get out.

The location and the surrounding green area was perfect. The room was clean. Housekeeping staff did a great job everyday. We didn't experience anything disturbing at all. Only suggestion to hotel management would be the indoor breakfast area could be a bit larger.

Location is great for the mall, Burj Kailifa, Metro and the pool was a great addition (never too busy). The hotel however, is pretty tired and the rooms not completely clean (hairs over the floors etc.). We went bed and breakfast, stayed 9 nights expecting to be able to cook for ourselves at times but the kitchen was woefully inadequate - only 2 mugs, tiny cereal bowls, 3 pieces each of cutlery, no chopping board, no colander, no oven gloves (had to use a bathroom towel!), no toaster, or washing up items of any kind unless you paid, no mixing bowls, scissors or grater - not on given we paid extra for a room with this facility. In addition, they did not provide a bed for my young son, he had to sleep on the sofa the whole trip and there were no bed sheets, just a woolly musty blanket. I wouldn’t stay here again, it’s fine for a place to crash, a one night stop on business, but not suitable for a family vacation where you may want to cook for the kids or make lunch for a day trip out.

Amazing location. We were able to walk to restaurants, Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa. The view was spectacular and we were able to see and hear the fountain show in the evening. Wonderful service!
