Room was clean and staff friendly. Was told we were being given an upgrade, but there was nothing special about the room. It was on the 'executive' floor but there were no difference in the amenities, no robes, slippers etc - all basic but fine. Bed was very firm and pillow way too big and hard. Breakfast lovely but room very busy.

My stay was in January. It was cold outside but my room was very nice and heat was easy to regulate. Room was very clean, staff was friendly. Breakfast was really good. I would highly recommend.

The bedroom was a good size, clean with comfortable bed. Breakfast was fresh and hot with a great selection of dishes Staff all very friendly and helpful. I certainally would recommend this hotel. Handy to bus stop and free car parking
