Hotel is new. Staff excellent and very organised. We had a very spacious room. Hotel is 20 minutes walk from Dubrovnik old town and 20 minutes from the Cave bar and good restaurants.

Our room was very large overlooking the marina. We booked a panorama room. The staff were very friendly. The room was very clean the hotel was 1/2 hr walk to old town and close to the bus station. There was a bus stop outside the hotel however the shuttle from the airport doesn’t stop there as it is a one way. We went to the station and just hoped on a local bus which took us to the hotel in 5 minutes. There was a pub called Shelby on the marina walk. It was very good. Lots of other restaurants near by. Great find. Definitely stay there again

The hotel is new and modern. It has excellent location near ship port and about 30 mins walking to old town. We like to walk in the morning so we didn’t mind this. The hotel included free breakfast which was excellent foo. I really did enjoy our room and this hotel.

Clean, Quiet Hotel

Our room was large, clean, and quiet with plenty of shelf and closet space. The bathroom and shower were also good sized. Buffet breakfast included. The location was convenient with restaurants and a large grocery store (Tommy Hipermarket) nearby. Travel to Old Town was an easy bus ~7 min bus ride away.

Great value place to stay for 1 or 2 nights if catching a boat in Gruz. If staying longer seems like you should stay within the walls. Hotel Staff was EXCELLENT! Many restaurants within walking distance. Hotel bfast was very good.

Very very clean, central to Old Town and Lapadska. Both within walking distance although there bus stops within close proximity. The bar closed at 22:00 which wasn’t ideal, so we didn’t use it. Nice bottle of Prosecco in the room when we arrived. Staff are all excellent. Breakfast although not huge had more than enough with great choices. Would stay here again.

Very noisy room. The room has excellent space and great bathroom. The breakfast staff was quite grumpy at times. The food was very secind rate, the fruits were were way past their best and shouldn't have been used. Both the egg dishes were poor With scrambled eggs left hor hours and should have been discarded. I am sure it sould gave ben acceptable at 7am in the morning. But by 9am, it was way past their best. This hotel could have been great, it needs better management to make it a 4 star.

Good location, our view not so good.

Good location near port. Not much of a view, our room looked directly to another hotel and apartments. Staff was nice, not overly friendly. Room and hotel were a contemporary modern motif. Breakfast was very nice. Had balcony, but did not use due to the proximity of apartments and families there.
