Lovely hotel in walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Breakfast was lovely with loads of choices and good coffee. Hotel was lovely and modern and rooms where very clean and fresh. Rooms had flat screen TV and great showers.

Not four star

Pros: Location is very close to Dubrovnik airport and beach is a short walk.
Cons: The hotel needs updating and clear discription of rooms on website.
Location: The hotel is in Cavtat which is a family friendly little town with lots of local restaurants and souvenir shops and has aqua park for children.
We had problem when checking in , we booked a room for 3 adults (Superior double bed with sofa bed) as our 17 year old son was with us. when we booked the pictures and details indicated the biggest superior double room i.e a room with sofa bed and double bed, however they gave us smallest double with a travel bed added next to the door to balcony which meant we could not get to balcony or walk around the beds! The staff said all the rooms are superior! but this is not clear in the description . Also they could not see the age for accompanying child but the web site specifically asks for age of children. When complained they said this was the booking agencies(e.bookers) fault and with an hour discussion and getting stressed on our first day , the manager said she will try and find us a bigger room the next day which she did. My son is six foot tall and the travel bed folded every time he moved on that bed. Glad they managed to get us bigger room as Cavtat is beautiful .

Loads to do lots of boat trips from nearby pier have all ready recommended the hotel an Cavtat to my friends and colleagues

Spring break

Great value for money. Hotel rather tired in places and in need of updating. Staff helpful and friendly. Food excellent and plentiful. Entertainment very good. Only critisim the number of children running around and playing football around the reception!

Just what we needed a great couples holiday absolutely brilliant

From start to finish we had an excellent experience were given our rooms on arrival all was spotless very happy with everything from staff to animation to food to location we had a great trip and a lovely stay would rate it 8 stars if I could

Nice Hotel But NOT 4 Star

This is a great hotel in a wonderful location - but it is definitely NOT 4 star. The hotel staff are great, every room has a sea view, the food is very good quality, with an immense selection, hot and freshly cooked, the gardens are well kept and the pool is fantastic. WIFI and Aircon work well in the rooms, and the hotel is kept spotlessly clean. The downside is that the hotel interior is dated and needs an update - when you book a 4 star, you do expect something modern, and the hotel is just not there on this count. Also we wanted to use the gym, which has a large range of equipment, but nothing cardio, its all body building weight lifting stuff. Not a single exercise bike, running machine or rower - we didn't go there to try and be an Arnie lookalike ! Also the indoor pool is closed all summer. However, overall the location is great with a lovely seaside stroll into the town, the food is good with even a free alcoholic drink with your meal, and we had a most enjoyable holiday. Good work Remisens - lets just see the place updated a bit !

Last hotel of our tour

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel - the food was reasonable, the staff were enthusiastic and efficient but, as you might expect from an all inclusive, the animation team were very noisy at night time. We didn't opt for all inclusive and the drinks in the hotel were very expensive. We had trouble with our shower and water pressure but on complaining about it there was a plumber in the room within five minutes. Great location if exploring Dubrovnic as the water taxi goes from outside the hotel. Would recommend - particularly for families.

Fantastic

We went here at the end of the season and the place wasn't very busy as to be expected but it was beautiful and the people there were fantastic they helped in anyway they could. When we go back to Croatia which we will we wouldn't even think about using a different hotel.

Family holiday

Excellent location. Couldn't fault the hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Our room was upgraded to a suite with sea view. Breakfast substantial although didn't try the evening meal. Plenty of lovely bars and restaurants in Cavat which is a short pleasant walk. Pool clean although a little cold in the mornings. Plenty of activiites for both adults and children if you want to participate. Would thoroughly recommend
