Easy access. The lobby was under repair. Our 1st room had a broken toilet seat, broken phone, and the fire alarm kept beeping needing new batteries I assume. They couldn't get maintenance person to answer them so they moved us to another room on the 4th floor away from the rest of our party. The new room's refrigerator made noise and didn't get a very good night sleep at all.

The staff was very unfriendly and not at all welcoming!! When we first walked in the girl was filling the drink coolers I believe, just continued until she finally came to check us in. Breakfast was very limited. The waffle machine was empty and never refilled.

We booked room in Dumas Texas, ..Bathroom floor had not been cleaned, tub was dirty stained, MOLD !! on the ceiling..Pillow cases stained i did not let my girls use the pillows..Hallways dirty walls stained ...outside trash can full of trash . Trash on the grass outside....Breakfast empty pans i asked the lady if she was going to refill eggs, sausage, hash browns She just rolled her eyes and went into the kitchen 😡...

Stayed one night. Bed was comfy. Floor in bathroom was buckled. Shower was hot. AC worked well. Could hear noise from room next door. Would stay again for one night stay.

I usually stay at this location anytime I’m in Dumas or passing through. I was really disappointed this time. The deadbolt on the door did not work and the front desk wasn’t concerned. The bathroom floor was dirty. The bathroom light was extremely dim and flickered. There were visible hairs in my bed. The selection in the small market by the front desk was very limited. When I finally did choose items, I was told they would only accept cash. I didn’t have cash with me. I do not feel that the rate paid was worth it this time. Too expensive for quality received.

Dirty rooms and poor service

Not good at all. First set of keycards did not work. Back down the elevator for new keys. Then once in the room, completely filthy. Sinks dirty. Toilet had dried piss on it. Floor dirty and bugs. Bed was made but had dog prints all over it. Pulled sheets back and found dirt and a used vape item. Room was missing couch and coffee table. On to the new assigned room. Finally something that was clean. 2nd night we came in and our keycards had stopped working. Back down the elevator again for new keycards. No employees had anything good to say about the owners. Worst La Quinta experience for us!!!

Room needs a lot of improvement. No soap in bathroom. No stopper in sink. HORRIBLE lighting in bathroom. Breakfast barely fair. Outside pretty clean. Lobby & hall clean. Carpet in room could use a GOOD CLEANING. Kleenex dispenser in bathroom ripped out and exposed.
