Poor service

Rooms are very dated need upgrading. Staff weren’t willing to accommodate us with extra amenities when we were gonna stay an extra night. Also we went for breakfast and it was open for the public so customers of the hotel were made to wait for a table while the public walked in and sat down. When we mentioned this to the restaurant manager she walked away from us. No loyalty for hotel customers.

Stayed here as it was close to the expo centre for a competition. Not a fan of the casino aspect being onsite for kids but the actual hotel was good and you couldn’t hear any noise from the casino side

Everything we wanted for a 1 night escape from everyday life was in 1 spot. Great food, great service, great entertainment, a fun casino.. ..and the beds, the most comfortable bed ive ever slept in! Only negative i found was how warm it was in the Casino.

The room was clean but dated. Unfortunately I got stuck beside a party room. When I mentioned it to the front desk during check out. He had a very rude tone and implied my lack of sleep was my fault because I didnt call security. It was my first and last visit.
