The room was a surprise did not realize it was a 3 room suite very clean nice friendly staff and a very quiet room for being on a very busy road would recommend this to anybody looking for a nice relaxing stay and if you like to gamble has a very large casino

We did have a good time staying at the Century Casino and would probably stay there again. Housekeeping never came to clean the room but I can get over that. The only piece of soap that was in the bathroom was the size of a toonie and useless (I would recommend taking your own soap to this hotel). We did have exceptional service from Guest Services from a wonderful gentleman named Arva (I hope I spelled that correctly). We were having issues with our TV when we checked in and I went down and reported it to Arva and he said that he would take care of it right away personally and he did. He recognized us every time we came off of the elevator which is unheard of. Please keep him, he is Customer Service extraordinaire.

The bed had hair on it. The shower had hair in it. There was hair on the wall in the bathroom. There was a stain on the bed sheet. The toilet was ready to fall off

This isn't your traditional hotel although it is quite alright all things considered. I would give more stars if the pillows weren't something out of a torture chamber and the beds were comfortable. All that aside it's nice and convenient and most importantly clean.
