A Lodge Feel in a Beautiful Private Home - EP Reg#3041

Enjoy staying at this spacious custom home, plenty of room for your whole party to relax and spread out. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, three king-sized beds and one queen (all Purple mattresses), all very comfortable. The master bedroom has its own fireplace, tons of room, and a huge bathroom with tub and a multi-jet rain shower. Hopefully the pictures of this place do the talking (and the reviews), but this place will really make you feel at home in Estes Park.

Out of the way of the main town, you'll be a short drive to the parking garage and start of the riverwalk through downtown Estes. Both national park entrances, north and south, are accessible without having to drive through the town traffic, and you're surrounded by beautiful pine forests. Three different deck/patio areas to enjoy the beautiful and peaceful views, the master bedroom even has it's own deck to relax on.

We started listing this home in June of 2021, so please read our reviews to know what kind of hosts we are, but don't pay attention to the property details if it's before then, our new place is bigger and better! Two sets of washer/dryers, one in the master bedroom closet, one in the downstairs garage, a wine fridge in the kitchen, a sunny breakfast/game nook with a popcorn maker, lots to enjoy here. We even have four lifetime passes to the newly-opened Mustang Mountain Coaster that you're welcome to use.

My wife and I have been hosting VRBO properties since 2008, and we strive to think of everything you might want to make your stay as comfortable and problem-free as possible.

Lastly, we have a town restriction, due to the fact that we're in a residential area, of four cars in the driveway at any time. We have four garage spots, so you can have up to 8 cars if four are in the garages, but the town enforces there only being four cars visible at any time (including for events).

Our extended family was looking for a getaway and we settled on this property. We were not disappointed. What a stunning property. Communication - Nicholas provided probably the best welcome letter, detailing everything that we needed to know about their property. He was quick to respond to any question that we asked.Kitchen - Well stocked with pretty much everything that you would need to stay here. You just provide the food. Note that there is a Safeway just a short drive into town, for food. Just off the kitchen is the "breakfast nook", with a cabinet full of games.Bedrooms - Every bedroom was awesome. Two bedrooms upstairs and two on the main level. Note that the room temp in the entire house is floor heating, so make sure that your bedroom thermostat is set for your comfort. One brother-in-law complained that he was cold in his room, but he hadn't adjusted his thermostat. Once we helped him with that, he was fine.The main living space was very comfortable and the decor was awesome. We spent a lot of time in this room. The fireplace is natural gas and pretty and put out a lot of heat. The shades automatically raise and lower, but the controls allow you to raise or lower all or individual shades. Two of the shades were not working, but that was the absolute worst issue, in other words, not an issue at all.The attached garage is on the back lower side of the house. We had a large SUV, but we carefully drove around the back and was able to park inside.

The VIEW alone is worth it. There might be neighbors but you barely even see them. Easy to get to, great proximity to town and to the national park. The host was amazing, great communication. We had a really windy day, but inside the house you could barely hear anything.

The space was perfect. We hosted a wedding reception there and couldn’t have enjoyed it more. There is no AC but plenty of windows to cool it down. It also helped that the home was equipped with multiple small but high powered fans.

Welcome party

We hosted a welcome party for our daughter’s wedding and it was absolutely perfect. We were able to tour the house a few weeks before so we could game plan the event. He was very responsive to any questions I had and the property is absolutely gorgeous! Also loved that every room had their own bathroom so no one had to share!

Ditto on most reviews about this property. All rooms are very quiet for the with little ones who need naps and early bedtime. The mule deer love this place. Great kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals. The Bar BQ Grill needs to replaced since rust and use has taken its toll. This summer was unseasonably hot and with no AC, fans will be needed. Unfortunately, the large floor fans were out of service and thus each bedroom need fans- especially during the day in the summer. Location of property was great- could see July 4 fireworks from balcony. Parking great. Coaster passes were used everyday!! I will definitely book this property in the future. Communication with owners was great!!

We had a wonderful stay. It was for my son’s wedding. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The views were beautiful. It was the perfect place for a wedding reception. I highly recommend this place. The host was very nice and answered any questions we had.

Wonderful wedding weekend

We rented this property to stay at during our Estes Park wedding. The owners were kind and very accommodating. The property is large with ample space for our friends to mingle and have their own space for rest. When in the bedrooms, it was very sound insulated. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Great family time

Early March stay. We arrived in Estes Park in a snow storm and was able to unload our food and stuff from the attached garage. The kitchen was well stocked for Grandma to cook.It was a very nice home.

Great space & location home

This house is a great set-up! We had 4 couples staying & it felt like we all had our own space away from one another. Each room was large with it's own bathrooms inside the rooms. Lots of outdoor seating. Plenty of parking. Nick was very responsive with every message. As we were leaving I messaged him with things we saw needed repaired. Stove top didn't work, microwave plug fuse kept tripping, toaster oven wouldn't work, one exterior door wouldn't lock, a slider door wouldn't close well because it was off it's tracks. We know he can't fix what he doesn't know is broken. So hopefully those all will get fixed soon. The cleaning crew failed at their job. Unless things change, be prepared for dirty floors, sticky refrigerator handle, slider doors need a good wipe down & the carpets are in major need of a deep cleaning. The master has permanent stains he says will be replaced in Nov during their down time. There was a plastic bag (with an item inside) in a bedroom that was left from a previous guest. The cleaning crew also has an envelope out for tipping. Needless to say, a tip was not left. The beds are very comfortable! The comforters could be replaced as they are getting grungy & old. Kitchen & bathroom is very well stocked with all items you could need. Check out was super easy & very little asked of us to do. This house really can be THE PERFECT VRBO home with some updating, cleaning & repairs. You will get a nice wow factor when you walk in.

Beautiful, well-furnished, large house. Very comfortable chairs and beds, lots of kitchen space, and a beautiful, quiet wooded setting. Lots of elk and wild turkeys passing through.

Daughter’s Destination Wedding HQ

What an amazing property and Nick is an amazing host! It was the perfect place to host our welcoming BBQ for our wedding guests. Plus others family gatherings as well as a perfect place for the bridesmaids and our daughter to get hair and makeup done on the wedding day! Pictures do not do this home justice and Nick went above and beyond with quick responses answering any questions and suggestions. It was a dream wedding and a dream location. Thank you Nick!

Mountain get away!

We had a great Time! The house was everything we could have asked for! There were 5 adults (30-82) and our two grandchildren (1 and 2). We had ample room for everyone. The location was great! There was plenty of space, very user friendly TVs in every room and really, just about anything we could have asked for was provided; extra towels, cooking supplies, bath products, etc. We rarely needed anything! The garage made it really nice to load and unload the cars! We just loved it! We would definitely recommend it!

We chose this home for our recent stay in Estes Park for our son’s wedding weekend from the moment we arrived, it was clear this property was something special. The home offers breathtaking views with plenty of space to accommodate our large group with room to spare. We hosted the rehearsal dinner and the open floor plan with large dinning areas made it easy for our guests to mingle. The large kitchen was equips with everything needed to host a large party. Additionally, the multiple outdoor patio areas provided a beautiful space for our guests to relax and enjoy the scenery. The home was exactly as advertised each bedroom was tastefully decorated the beds comfortable and each had an attached private bath! The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring all of our needs were met. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful and functional space to simply relax or host their next event.
