This gorgeous home provides the perfect combination of luxury and convenience. Great spaces for the entire family and more, but feel free to take the party outside to the home's fire pit and porch right off the lovely Redbud Park.

Perfect Park View! Located right on Redbud park. Plenty of room to play outside or sit next to the huge outdoor fire pit before retreating into the Lake House - we call it the "Bed, White and Blue". This house has been completely renovated inside and out in October 2020.

Inside you'll find a cozy, open concept main floor with a gas fireplace. Laundry, mudroom with a wet bar and ice machine, and a half bath are on the main floor as well. Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms. The Master bedroom is what dreams are made of!

You'll find a cozy King bed, chairs to curl up and read a book or watch a movie, an en suite bathroom that includes a shower with two showerheads, and your own balcony with a sitting area! The other guest bedrooms consist of a King bed, a Queen bed with a sitting area, and the most fun bunk room in Carlton Landing. This bunk room has 6 built-in twin bunks with plenty of room for kids, or kids at heart, to have their own space including a 50" smart TV.

Hello, peace and quiet! Enjoy it on the screened-in front porch in the giant porch swing. Spacious sitting area with a large mist fan on the back porch with driveway parking available. This place is perfect to rest, relax and enjoy all that Carlton Landing has to offer! You are 1 minute away from the bocce ball courts and ping pong table. You will be about a 5-10 minute walk from both of the community pools and hot tubs, Pop-Up Shops, food trucks, Mama Tigg's Pizzeria, The Meeting House (Coffee Shop), and The Beach (Lake Front). This property has a Wood fed grill for guests to use.
