The kids loved the pool with the two slides and the hot tub was great. They upgraded us to Two King Suites and that was very amazing with Whirlpool In each one !

It was very dirty. Our room smelled of sewer. Breakfast was extremely dirty! Pool was supposed to close at 11, but they let a party in there until midnight who were extremely loud and rowdy.

The first morning the breakfast had burnt sausage and scrambled eggs were not done. The room had confetti still in it from previous occupants and tub, floor and walls were dirty. The beds were comfortable and staff were very friendly and helpful. This hotel is the only one in the area that has a pool that can keep teenagers busy and not just for small children!! Adults even can use the slide. Big plus. If you can overlook the rundown and not so clean rooms, it's worth it.

The pool way way over capacity with broken glass and trash everywhere in the parking lot and the pool area. Kids screaming profanity until midnight in the hallways, then parents joined in. Awful!

The room was clean and fine, the bed was great and the checkin/checkout process was fast and easy. But, the bathroom toilet was an issue, as it was an older & really low to the ground toilet that is great for kids, but not adults. The door handle to the bathroom was loose, but I figure it was because one needed to pull on it to get off the low toilet. Breakfast was okay, but the food was not the most flavorful. The bar/lounge was a nice amenity, but closed a little early. The hotel is an older one and the elevators were dated and sounded horrible; although they did not breakdown. All in all was an okay stay.

We stayed there three nights. The Hotel is dated. it's old, the main carpets are gross. Our room was fine. felt pretty clean. very small, but fine. People at the front deck looked like they were annoyed to be there. Breakfast was MEH at best. pool area was very crowded at night. Looked like a Walmart and a trailer court convention. hardly had clean towels. it worked in a last minute pinch, but probably won't go back.

Norberta ruined my daughter's party

The front desk did not like my birthday party of 8 little girls in her lobby and was extremely rude!! When I called her out on her behavior she took my card charged it then banned me from the property. My oldest daughter was allowed to stay with the girls but I missed my 8 yr olds birthday party. The place was ok, a bit dirty for my taste but I heard the girls enjoyed the pool very much. The woman at the front desk has had several complaints filed about her rude behavior and she has no clue about customer service. I will not ever go back and will discourage everyone I know to stay anywhere but there
