The only negative thing that I have to say is the slides in the water park needs to be looked at it very shaky. The carpets in the halls need to be upgraded.

The building needs updates and repairs here and there, but that didn’t affect my stay. My room was clean and overall comfortable. Definitely not a fancy hotel.

The room was clean but very outdated. No outlets to plug anything in. The hotel is very old and maintenance hasn’t been kept up. The hallways are in terrible condition. The front staff were nice and no complaints there. If a remodel was done this would be a great hotel.

I did not stay, the room reeked of urine so I went back to the desk to cancel my reservation. They said they’d refund the second and third day but the manager had to reach out to me to refund the first day as I had pre authorized the payment. No word from the managaer, no refund on any days, receiving messages to check out. Unable to reach a person at Expedia for assistance.

Don’t let the website and the corporate name fool you this property is in this repair. The elevator was broken. The front desk wasn’t helpful or polite. We were there five days and never had our room cleaned towels replaced or the bed made the entire property needs to be painted. The pool hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time. Everything is dusty. The carpets are filthy and the parking lot is in very poor condition. I was thoroughly disappointed and will never stay in another Ramada again.

When we first arrived a couple with a small child were being kicked of the hotel. Front desk Woman was very rude and not friendly at all. Hotel is very dated, hallways were dirty and smelled, room was very small, it appeared to be clean until I looked under the bed and found old pizza and key cards from previous people. Amenities: Pool is tiny, not small child friendly, the water slides were uncomfortably unstable and prevent anyone from actually swimming because of the position entering the pool. We had a poolside room not by choice, super loud and if you went out your patio door you had no way to lock it while in the pool area, it just had a bar you pulled down to lock it while you were in your room. . We had no choice but to stay because all other hotels were booked due to events in the area.I would not recommend staying here. This would be my last resort if I had to stay in Fargo, ND again.

This hotel is a dump. It’s perfect for a trucker doing a long haul, a drug deal or a poor college kids on a road trip. The floors and carpets throughout the rooms and facility were filthy. The sheets were clean which I was happy about and there were no bed bugs. Honestly this room was grossly overpriced. Should have been like 38.99
