Great clean place with a great breakfast! I stayed 1 night by myself to catch the airport the next morning and felt very comfortable and the lobby called me a taxi and it was there within the minute! You could easily take the train bc it’s right there as well but my luggage was to heavy by myself! Overall I would stay there again.

Excellent location, just a short walk from the main train station. The buffet breakfast was fantastic. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We really enjoyed our 2-night stay!

The property was located closely to the main train station in the city, close enough to walk to all the tourist destinations and right near a bunch of restaurants. The room was very clean, minimalist but perfectly put together, staff at the front desk were friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay at again in Florence.

Daniele, who worked the front desk was excellent. He was very helpful in making suggestions. He also was very compassionate since I was there to take care of a sick child in Florence. I would highly recommend the hotel, the breakfast was excellent. It is very convenient. The hotel lobby is a very beautiful space. The room I had was the economy room, so it was not very fancy, but there are higher level rooms that I did not see. There were no deficiency in the room and it was clean. The shower saw was small so if you’re a bigger person, it might be too small.

Nice hotel close to the railway station and an easy walk into the city center. Nice rooms and nice buffet breakfast with gluten-free options. Very helpful staff at the front desk and in the breakfast room.

Hotel Rosso the best hotel in Firenze. It was a breeze getting from the airport to the hotel with the train only $3 for two people. The hotel room was supper clean bed super comfortable bathroom clean shower was only small. I would not change this hotel for another one if i go back to Firenze again. Breakfast whatever your heart desires. Walking at night was safe and restaurants surrounding the property. Thank you for the hospitality!!!

No vanity in bathroom. Because the room is too small, it is not easy to move around. But breakfast is the best I've ever had. Close to Santa Maria Novella train station.
