Great stay at a great price. Clean, good sized room for Europe. Right in the middle of everything. 20 minutes walk to everything. 5 minute walk to uffizzi gallery and pointe vecchio. Great restaurant and shopping options nearby. Friendly, helpful staff. Note that the building is multi function, you need to buzz the doorbell for the front desk. Its imanned from 8am to 7pm so if you're arriving later need to make arrangements. We noticed a couple waiting outside after 7. When we're returned later that night they were being checked in.

The location is very convenient and walkable to all the sites we want to visit. The staff service is excellent. The only complaint is it could get noisy at night on the street when you try to sleep.

It was a bit unclear how to access the property in the building but once I did, all went well. Each staff member, including the night guard, were very kind and accommodating. After a long day of traveling that was a great gift!

We enjoyed our stay in Florence. This is an excellent location, steps away from the Uffizi gallery. All the sights are within easy walking distance. Yet it is tucked in a quiet corner away from the crowds. We visited 4 cities on this trip and our room in Florence was the biggest, with a roomy bathroom. The room was modern and clean and located on the 3rd floor. There is an elevator in the building, but we did not use the elevator, preferring to use the stairs instead. We walked from and to the train station. This is definitely doable as the route is pretty flat. Depending on the time of day, you may have to dodge the crowd, or you can have the staff arrange for transport. The staff is amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Great service. Check in was quick and easy and they kept our bags for us as we arrived in the morning and moved the bags to our room when it was ready. On our last day they kept our bags for us while we spent the morning exploring before taking the 3pm train to Rome. This was greatly appreciated as it made getting around a lot easier. There is no breakfast facility, but they provided bottled water in the mini fridge and tea and coffee. But this is Florence so there are a wide array of breakfast options within minutes of the property. Overall we were very happy with this property and will not hesitate to recommend it. Grazia Mille.
