Amazing location of course, steps from Duomo. Good price (comparatively, not objectively). That’s about it. Team is nice and helpful. Room wasn’t so comfortable, but not exactly sure why. It was just thrown together, and floors were cold. Bathroom was old and didn’t fit the rest of the building and room. Entrance janky with tiny elevator (if you need it, only 1 story up). I’d still recommend it if price and location are your main factors, as they were for us.

Awesome location, we could walk to pretty much all tourist spots including 10 min to Firenze train station. City tax is collected in cash, so carry some euros. Included breakfast was in another building, which was 10 min away, but was not mentioned in the booking. But, people are very kind and will accommodate and help as much they can. They can communicate over whatsapp, so you don't need phone number and just data with esim is fine. Vodaphone esim worked great for us. 2GB was enough for 7 days.
