Kesän vuokrat ovat viikoittain ja toimivat SAT-SAT (kesäkuu - elokuu)

Nyt vieraamme voivat nauttia parasta, mitä Folly tarjoaa. Folly Beach on lyhyt 150 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä rannalta pääsee suoraan kadun toiselle puolelle, ja kaunis uusi uima-allas on täydellinen paikka rentoutua ja virkistäytyä päivän jälkeen rannalla. Altaassa on jäähdytin ja lämmitin, joten veden lämpötila on aina täydellinen kuumina kesäkuukausina ja kylmempien lämpötilojen aikana keväällä ja syksyllä. Valitettavasti, vaikka yritys sanoi, että lämmitin pitää altaan lämpimänä ympäri vuoden, olemme havainneet, että allaslämmitin ei pysty pitämään altaan yli 75 astetta kylmempinä kuukausina joulukuun puolivälistä helmikuun / maaliskuun puolivälissä.

Tämä ranta-talo sopii erinomaisesti suurille perheille, pari perheelle tai kaveriporukalle. Rentoudu ja nauti kylmä juoma, aaltojen ääni ja merinäköala suuresta kuistilta, aurinkoterassilta tai avokannelta. Tämä 5 makuuhuoneen, 3 kylpyhuoneen talo sijaitsee rauhallisella West Side -alueella ja on lyhyen kävelymatkan tai pyöräretken päässä kaupungin keskustasta tai State Parkista Follyn eteläpäässä.

Yläkerrassa löydät kolme makuuhuonetta ~ king-vuode, queen-vuode, ja kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa on 2 erillistä vuodetta ja vyöryä. On myös kaksi kylpyhuonetta, avoin olohuone / ruokailuhuone ja keittiö. Alakerrassa on kaksi makuuhuonetta ~ queen-vuode ja 2 erillistä vuodetta. Siellä on myös täydellinen kylpyhuone, olohuone / ruokailutila ja keittiö. Yläkerrassa ja alakerrassa on ulkoinen portaikko. Mukavuuksiin kuuluu myös ulkosuihku, WIFI, kaapeli-tv ja yksityinen pysäköintialue. Miksi asua 1 keittiö ja 1 olohuone, kun sinulla voi olla 2 kpl!

Wow! We had a fabulous time at Blue Sky and have already recommended this home to friends. The location to beach access, the pool for when we needed a break from the sand, and the proximity to the local hot spots were just a few of our absolute favorite parts of this home. Not to mention the overall cleanliness of the home and comfort of the beds!! And that view…what a view!!A great five days spent in Folly Beach, and a lifetime of memories created!! Now back to Ohio for school and work … sigh :)

The house was exactly what I think a beach house should be! We loved the variety of hangout spaces. The management company was great to work with. The location was perfect - very close walk to the beach. And even though it’s not oceanfront, we could easily see the ocean. The pool and yard were great - we were surprised how often the pool was cleaned and the yard worked on during our stay.We would definitely recommend and book this house again

Great Place!

We absolutely loved our stay on Folly Beach! The house is optimally located with beach access across the street and a short walk to the shops and restaurants in town. Plenty of room for our group, and loved the multiple indoor and outdoor common areas to gather. The heated pool was awesome as well. We had one minor issue with the heat in the pool but once it was reported the management was very responsive and fixed it right away. Highly recommended!

The house has two individual places in one, which is nice when traveling with different families. The house was clean and the porches were amazing! We loved the pool too. Cannot go wrong with this house!

Great Location and Pool. Furnishings are very tired and the place is very musty.

House is in a great location right across from the beach and a public access area. Heated pool is newer and very nice, but the chairs around it are old and moldy. Screened in porches are also nice. Overall the interior is worn. Furniture is totally worn out and needs replacement. Kitchen is very tired, cabinets are sticky, chipped, and several doors/drawers are broken. Nothing to store food in, we had to buy our own Tupperware. Beds were pretty comfortable. Downstairs bathroom was not clean at all, lots of hair, and the shower curtain was moldy. The downstairs washer has a bunch of residue/gunk buildup in it. They refunded the cleaning fee and brought a new shower curtain which we appreciated. The entire place has a very musty/mildewy smell which we had to burn candles and spray Lysol to try and dissipate. I fear the place may have mold. Overall it’s a great property but needs some love.

Great location

Close to beach access and not too far from town. We did rent golf carts which were very handy. Not the best weather which obviously can’t be controlled, so we opted to pay extra some days for the pool to be heated. Pool area and pool could be cleaner. Also did not realize there are two separate entrances up and downstairs. Likely in the details but wanted to point out. It worked for our family but may not for others. Overall, we very much enjoyed and would return again !

Summer Getaway

The Blue Sky property was an excellent choice to experience everything there is to offer on Folly Beach. The home provided us with a very comfortable living space for the eight of us. The screened-in porches were great as gathering spots. We took advantage of the nice pool in the backyard and the close proximity to the ocean. The Folly community was great and we took advantage of the available restaurants in town. Thumbs up!

Great Place for Our 3 Generations!

The location, across the street from the beach, was amazing. Having the pool in the backyard meant not getting sandy every time we wanted to play outside. The house is clean, with plenty of hooks for hanging wet things. The outdoor shower kept sand in the house to a minimum. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for the 10 of us. One evening we had a very fun dumpling making class with Sarah (sarahsdumps.com) and another night, a tasty catered birthday dinner (seedstospoons.com). We would definitely stay here again!

Backyard Paradise

Wonderful location directly across from beach access. The backyard and pool were Beautiful!!!!! The house was cute but very basic. The kitchens both up and downstairs were serviceable but really small and not really well stocked for a family that cooks every night. The porches were spacious with generous seating but the indoor lounging/tv areas were small and couches were not very comfortable. The sofa upstairs…circa 1984. The beds…every single one… were like concrete. For 7,000, there should have been more than 1 wineglass that was glass (there was a plastic one too) But that was in downstairs kitchen…after the first night, I could no longer walk up and down the stairs after the mattress ordeal…the rental staff communication was excellent and they promptly responded to issues like the upstairs A/C going out and that was fixed they next afternoon. I appreciate the 5% refund for the broken AC…I will use the $344 to put towards my hip replacement…

Not Worth It

Couldn’t stay in the property because it smelled like urine, was run down, and very noisy. We were not able to get our money back even after following all protocols in the contract and alerting the property management immediately. We ended up having to find another place on our own last minute and leaving the property. Could be a nice place if it wasn’t so run down and dirty.
