We got a suite at a great price! The only interraction with staff was the check-in at front desk--just average. In fact I went to them before booking on Hotels.com and the person was indifferent if they had a room for me or not and suggested I look online rather than help me. I picked this property for the hot tub after a long week of work. Arrived and the hot tub was closed and had been for a long time. No mention on here or when checking in. Later, after I had complained, they told us we could go to a neighboring hotel to use their hot tub, it was below zero outside
