Chambre propre, mais pas de personne le soir à qui s'adresser. On se retrouve face à soi-même et personne pour régler un problème le soir (ex. la veilleuse de la chambre ne s'allumait pas et il n'y avait personne à 21h pour faire une réclamation ; pas une couverture disponible dans la chambre, seulement un drap très fin qui servait de couverture).
