Was in FL on business trip and wanted to be near beach to try to sneak in some time in between my meetings. The price was within my budget. I have to give props to the staff and housekeeping because the day I arrived was very busy for them and I was several hours before check-in. They confirmed how many people were ahead of me for early check-in, let me park so I could walk around and immediately texted me when I could come back...which was only an hour from when I'd been put on waiting. I was really impressed. The beach is a 5 minute walk. They do rent chairs. There are also restaurants nearby. Hotel is right by the cruise marina. They don't offer shuttle to terminal, but would be an easy taxi or uber. This is not a luxurious new hotel, but they were clean and very accommodating for the price per night I paid.

This is the second time I have stayed at this particular best Western within a three month. Period. The staff is wonderful. The rooms are very clean. The food is outstanding. We had dinner at the hotel every night and every meal was amazing. The continental breakfast there are enough words to describe how fantastic it was. I will definitely be staying here many times in the future

2nd year staying there and I would say the breakfast was basic. A lot of susage not enough different meats. We did have ham one day and bacon on another which was good! Also, the back end elevator was out the whole week we were there and our room was right next to it which would of been very convenient if it was working. But other than that we had an amazing time staying at this location. Definitely will be back in the future

Housekeeping was great daily and so friendly. The parking is only $20, which is a great price for today’s time too. Unfortunately, it seems like the hotel is going down a bit. One elevator for a sold out hotel was frustrating, the pool was cold for the beginning of our stay and pool towels were hard to come by (we waited over 30 minutes after asking the front desk for towels, at which point my husband just went to the basement and grabbed some himself.)

Room was nice. The balcony was well worth it. They staff was accommodating and friendly. There is 2 places for sun which I enjoyed. Great location. Breakfast was awesome. My only compliment was the elevator. Only 1 working and it was shared with cleaning staff. It moved slow. Spent a lot of time waiting for elevator. And the cable choices on the tv were lame. But it was a great stay and I would definitely stay again.
