This is a nice stay near the water in a friendly and clean atmosphere. Nothing fancy or modern but good beds and decent size. The picnic tables outside the units give you extra space to sit if you are an early riser (or opposite.) There is a coffee maker but no filters or coffee so it isn't useful unless you're staying for a long time but coffee place on the beach has free refills.

Apparently no quiet hour. People loudly partying outside our room after the Tiki bar closed. There was an issue with the plumbing in our room and they did move is to another room. Claudia the bartender was great. She was very informative of the area. The room could use more than one small mirror

This is a unique hotel. It’s older but in a great location. They have a Tiki bar on the property with very reasonable prices. Rooms had functioning kitchenettes. Room rates were very competitive.

The location on Hollywood Boardwalk was fantastic! We only stayed one night out if we need to do a longer stay, great facilities for laundry and in room cooking options. Loved the soaps and shampoos too.

The property is older and the cracks are apparent but it was very clean and the staff were FANTASTIC!!! They are very accommodating to those that fly in at all times to get on cruise ships the next day. We walked to the beach and boardwalk. Literally steps away.

Was told by the bartender that the did not care about the place anymore because he was trying to sell. The alcohol at the bar was wine based. Not real good at all. Was told by management we couldn’t use the pool. Room furniture was old and broken. Outlet’s in room didn’t work. The electrical panel was above the bed.
