Room was clean and nice but the bed had no support in the middle so my wife and I slid into the hole. I should have said something but didn’t until we checked out.

There was no hot water. We only stayed one night and we left at 5:30am so I couldn’t wait for someone to come look at it. We took cold showers. When I called to complain, I was told “thanks for letting me know” not I’m sorry, not a partial refund to compensate for the inconvenience not even an apology- I do not recommend this place at all.

It literally was ok, there are loose screws holding the bathroom doorknob on. The window blind is broken, the skillet is scratched teflon, there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom, The ceiling fan is wired incorrectly, ties into the light dimmer, even though it has it's own control. The grounds and the sidewalks need a leaf blower used on them.Its so close to the ocean and the price is right. I am a facilites manager / glorified custodian, with a few basics tools and a trip to the hardware store I would have this place awesome condition. It appears that no one fixes anything there. I'll stay again, but next time I'll bring some tools.

The room was in a great location, cute enough. The beds were extremely hard , could did not sleep well. No fan in the bathrooms no hairdryer. Parking was convenient, TV was nice, the kitchen was updated. Cute little tiki hut bar and wash machines are available. I would not stay at this property in the future, I need quality sleep to enjoy my vacation.
