The situation of the hotel is good. However, the Staff are rude and lack basic courtesies. One would get better treatment in 2 Star than this hotel. I will never go back again and will never recommend it to anyone. It positively is not the Marriott I know of. If as a Marriott member my family and I received such shoddy treatment, I shudder to think what non Marriott Customers receive.

The breakfast was average. Staff was friendly. Biggest issue was that the water in the tub was yellow so we did not shower while there. I also think that if you pay for a room to stay somewhere, parking should notbe an additional charge.

The hotel was very clean and great hospitality. I would give it 5 stars but I gave it 3 because our room was facing the road and it sounded like a raceway all night. We didn’t sleep due to the noise.

I have stayed here a couple of times! Andrena (not sure on spelling) is truly amazing and so sweet and so kind. My tv did not work and waited 1.5 days for it to be replaced which took an hour of the maintenance man in and out of my room. Not the best hospitality after a day of work.

Everything is good about this hotel and within 1 min walk to Las Olas Blvd…the only dislike was the front desk person. She was rude at all levels.

Only negative was that we had to drive around the block, several times, before we could find a place to park. We paid for parking and walked to the hotel entrance. The parking signs for the hotel were not readily visible.
