Hôtel propre, proche de la plage et à distance de marche de Lauderdale-by-th-sea et des épiceries. Cependant, il est un peu excentre mais les arrêts d’autobus sont proches (2 min à pied). Wifi souvent non fonctionnel. Restaurant fermé.

It smelled moldy. We needed to buy a spray to kill the smell, and as that only worked for a few minutes, we bought scented candles which mildly improved the smell. The floor in the room left our feet black after we walked barefoot, the maids never mopped. The maids didn’t come for 2 days. Then we realized we had to leave the room by 9:30 AM, for them to come. The sheets felt thin, pithy and old. The pillows uncomfortable. It was not a pleasant stay.

Our stay was great for a long weekend! The beds leave something to be desired comfort wise and the pillows are quite worn out but you get what you pay for. Location was easy for going to the beach and if you wanted you could walk to the main part of town. The pool was heated which was great for Feb! The tiki bar was a nice touch! Housekeeping did a fantastic job.

I booked this hotel before and after a cruise for a little extra pool time. The woman who works there took over the pool area and had friends join her with more kids, loud, cannonballs no care for the guests. They also brought alcohol into the pool area where there are signs everywhere that prohibit this. I waited it out hoping to get a little quiet and sun but they left too late. Even in my room I could hear them! Was my 2nd time at the property and won’t return as a result of having my day ruined. Very disappointed.

Beach across street - basic room - accommodating

Front desk was super accommodating. The beach access is right across the street. Short walk to the main lauderdale by the sea section of town which has all restaurants etc. Room is dated but the price is right and location is good.

BUGS DO NOT STAY

BUGS DO NOT STAY!!!! We booked this hotel for 2 nights and were in room 114. First, on the morning of Feb. 24 housekeeping came in our room not once but TWICE while we were asleep without knocking. This made us very uncomfortable. But there was a bigger issue. As soon as we got in bed the first night we were itching very badly, so badly I was only able to get a hour or two of sleep. It was even worse the 2nd night. We were absolutely miserable. We went to CVS at midnight to get itching medicine. This morning when we woke up from our one hour sleep we were both covered in bites. I am talking 40+ bites all over our body. I informed the front desk and they apologized and said “they thought the previous guest snuck a dog in”. This very well may be true, but should not have been our problem. We were offered no type of refund and upon contacting Hotels.com the hotel still refused to give us any form of a refund.
