Excellent no frills choice

This was an old hotel/motel that was fixed up really nice! I think this was a 3-star hotel. The room was great, and lobby, and the pool. Some of the public hallways needed sprucing up. There was no restaurant or breakfast, but that was fine since so many other choices were nearby. We were barely there since we arrived really late and left early the next morning. This was a great value for the price.

After a VERY long day of travel with our flight being cancelled late in the midnight hour and having to check in at 4 am, the front desk reception was so nice! I really wish I had got her name but it’s was early March 31st around 4 am, she was extremely helpful and gave us the relief we needed after such a long day. I truly appreciate her kindness and customer service. The hotel itself was very convenient, we made the most of our impromptu stay but there were many restaurants and things to do in the area that were walkable. The room was clean for the most part however, the sheets were a bit questionable. All in all, it was a great for such a last minute stay.

This property is doing renovations so the the pool and fitness center were closed. They only had one working elevator located in the parking garage, and if you don’t like tight spaces you would not want to ride in there. The rooms DEFINITELY should’ve been the first things being renovated and DEEP CLEANED!! Our AC unit had dust and black mold inside. AC unit also did not change temperature even with the remote.The ceiling had cracks and looked like it was peeling. Wish I could add pictures, the vents and door hinges in the bathroom were rusted. When we first got to our room one bed had red blood like stains on the sheets, told housekeeper she was shocked because she had just cleaned it but was nice enough to change the sheets out for us. Front desk workers were pleasant and the location of the hotel is good, many restaurants within walking distance and a grocery store. We asked a couple how their room was when riding in the elevator they said the first time they came it wasn’t the best but they upgraded their room and now they have no issues. So be prepared when booking that everything is not the same in all rooms in terms of functionality, cleanliness and quality.

I love that the property is getting an updated look and renovations. The bathroom was not cleaned from the last use.
