My review on HBH Silver Spray Hotel

We absolutely love it here. The people are so nice and help you when you need assistance. All of their properties are literally 30 seconds from the beach which has a live band from Wednesday-Sunday. They also serve breakfast everyday. I will definitely be back.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience at all at this place. Location to beach was the only positive thing. After night 2 my air conditioning as well as bathroom power outlet and lights gave out. They moved me to an even smaller and poor room. This room had the most uncomfortable bed, was dated, smelled even more musty than the first and was a lot smaller with no kitchen access. I paid for a King bed and kitchen and loss both after day 2. It was an unpleasant experience and the walk to check in at the attached store was up the street so that was annoying and not safe as I was travelling alone. My key card didn’t work multiple times and again had to walk up the street to get this fixed. Frustrating all around. I bought a few items at their little convenience store and was outdated over a year. Very low quality. Also had several cockroaches in the room and bugs aren’t cool. My honest experience.

We had a dead roach in our room. Termite droppings all over the bed. Place was so rumned down and loud people half the night. It was horrific!

I love everything about the Silver Spray. Especially the Front desk, Mr. Wilson and the Security, Maintenence and Especially Sharon the housekeeper and the manager Donna. Everyone is Awesome.
