Bathroom door hasn’t worked since I checked in almost two weeks ago. Asked to get it fixed 4 times. Paper thin walls. About what you would expect for the price. Staff in the office is so sweet. Not bad overall.

AWFUL AVOID!!!

The booking instructions said CHECK IN 11 AM to & PM.. "If you arrive after hours, please call the number posted on the office door". I arrived at 7:20 PM.. Called the number as instructed and was told by the extremely rude person that answered the phone "We don't allow any check-ins past 7 PM". That is NOT what it says on all emails, reservation and instructions sent by Hotels.com! I called Hotels.com for help with this and received NO help. BTW - The parking lot of this hotel is full of questionable looking characters

I never stayed there, there was a scammer by the name of Cassandra Richmond that did as she is scamming using stolen cards with all marriot and Hiltons in the Lee county, Bonita springs and tampa Her hair is pink, or blonde or black heavy set around 5’6
