Surpassed expectations. I was not expecting much, but I felt safe and the room was clean, and bed was comfortable. Loved the front desk guy. Don’t know his name, but he called me just to make sure I was still coming.

We stayed here because we were going to visit sequoia and kings canyon. This hotel doesn’t have elevators but the staff was able to put us on the first floor and thank god because we have a baby and a lot of baby stuff! We would stay here again.

For the price paid this hotel was superb,couldn't fault the room quality beds and bedding ,coffee on tap in lobby,breakfast was great good choice ,cooked option too .Pool area was lovely ,sunbeds and tables too .Everywhere well presented and clean .Henry on reception was so friendly and helpful ,from check in till he went off shift ,nothing too much bother ,if your a light sleeper I would suggest you ask for a room at the rear of property.

I liked all the small amenities, they definitely go over and above . The staff is definitely excellent at customer service, rare today. , loved the place . not much they could improve upon at that price point. . The economy paper plate doesnt fit with all the great things you are doing . Get the ones with the wax coating .. Great job though and great staff . Keep it up . Tough to do in 2025

Fresh smell, welcoming and helpful staff, fairly new rooms, clean and quality bathrooms, nice breakfast ( fresh waffles, eggs, burger, few types of bread, juice, coffee etc.), kieds enjoyed the clean swimming pool.
