Within walking to downtown Gatlinburg. Beautiful property by mountain stream. Fantastic balcony with fabulous deck chairs! Quaint office with friendly, helpful staff. This was our 3rd stay in 4 years at this wonderful place! Room was huge! Trolly stop in front of office. Short walk to the village. Have stayed at 12 other properties in last 20 years and this is our favorite!! Pricing is great!!

Great hotel at a great price. Super convenient as well. We only had to use our car when driving into Pigeon Forge. This is our go-to hotel when visiting the smokies!

The location of this property is very convenient for walking to downtown and for traveling to the smoky mountains in minutes by car. The hotel rooms itself are in fair condition, nothing extravagant and have small issues like our toilet not being sturdy and the patio door not staying closed unless locked. The room has the bare essentials which is okay for the price you pay. Would stay again if traveling to gatlinburg or the national park on a budget. Thanks

The motel is located within walking distance to the Pancake Pantry. My wife and I stayed in room 234 and it appeared to have been recently redone. The price is right if booked early and via one of the usual booking services.

Smokys day trip

One day visit to the mountains so early check in online saved time, foom was clean and stocked mattress seemed worn or possibly broke down but was able to sleep on it. Fro t desk personal nice and friendly. A good stay was enjoyed by us.

Decent property tucked a block from the main strip, so its very quiet. No breakfast. So budget an extra 35 a day. Room was spacious but smelled like mold. Allergies went nuts. Nice TV and Shower. Bed was horrible for our worn backs. We checked out 1 night early to go home to get some rest. Pre check in was great. Walked in and grabbed our keys.

Overall nice stay

Everything was great, the location was great, everything was clean, plenty of hot water, but the bed was the hardest and most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever slept on. The balconies and seating were nice to enjoy the weather and surrounding mountains. No smell of weed, like there seems to be literally everywhere else.
