Clean hotel. Walking distance to b

Check in was quick, breakfast was small muffins, juice, and coffee. The pool was small but was clean and zero debris in it. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the room was clean. There was a guests towel left on the balcony chairs. Unlike other hotels, this hotel had ZERO BUGS!! We were thankful for that.

Will never stay here again

Not sure where to start. First, there is no elevator in the building that has 2 floors. Their other building across the street that has 4 floors does. It went out for a few hours and I received a text that this was fixed. The hallways are hot, no air conditioning. The base board on the side of the bed was broken and kept coming off. I hit my foot on the corner of it numerous times. You can see the nails sticking out I am surprised I didn’t poke myself. The whole board end up falling off and I called the front desk and they said they would fix it. They never fixed it so I took the whole board to the front office so they could deal with it. I was there for a whole week and it still wasn’t fixed. There was a hole on the restroom door, looked like a bullet hole. The beds were not comfortable, but doable. Housekeeping made 1 bed instead of both. Will not be staying there again. The only good thing about this hotel is that it is near the strip and the trolley stop.

The rooms were great and the pool and location is wonderful. However the security of the premises lacks. This isnt my first time staying here and i might consider it if changes are made. From the underage drunk girls running and screaming and falling all around the parking lot from like 11pm-2am to the neighbor screaming and yelling and fighting on the balcony until his partner went to jail. He was so drunk he even beat on our door at 130am bc ot was directly above his and he was lost. We had a long trip home and got no sleep. Not a single staff member tried to stop either party and just let it continue into the early morning hours. I know they can't control what guests do but when it interrupts other guests something should be done.

This is a great hotel for families. The rooms are quiet and the beds are comfortable. Very relaxing to sit on the balcony at the end of the day after walking through Gatlinburg shops.

This property is about a block away from the parkway. Several restaurants that are very walkable. Alternative exits so you don't have to get caught in the parkway traffic. The road is located at light 6. Anakeesta is at the corner and the Aquarium is just 2 blocks away. The exterior is older but still nice enough. The room was updated with laminate flooring which I prefer. We had housekeeping service everyday with fresh towels and emptied garbage which is all we want. We would without a doubt stay again. The price is extremely fair and affordable.

Some of the front desk staff is not friendly and would not provide us fresh towels. The pool didn’t have fresh towels either. Fire alarms went off at 9am for testing. This was not communicated to guests and caused a stressful situation. The hotel is in a good location with good access to parking and the main downtown street
