Clean room although did have to report a hole in my wall so I wasn't charged for it,staff helpful and very friendly,quick check in and out loved the cafe although should have had more choices of alcoholic beverages food was good and reasonable priced

Parking was tight for trucks. The sliding door needed some work. The balcony was only standing, no room for a chair. Beautiful creek running along the back had a little patio area with rocking chairs. Beds were comfortable.

This place is a great place to stay. Nice rooms, great staff and nice pool. The only downside about this place is the lower level parking area gets really tight and congested but other than that, this is a great place to stay at.

The bed didn't not have a box spring just slats and then the mattress. The grab bar in the shower was broken off and the towel bar was only held by paint. The mirror above the bed was ready to fall down. We had breakfast at the cafe and it cost us 37 dollars for 1 piece of French toast and 2 sausage patties that were about the size of a quarter. When we checked out my husband let the young man at the desk know these problems and he could have cared less didn't even respond.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. The only downside was the jacuzzi tub jets didn’t work and the jacuzzi was the main reason I got this room.

We stayed for 2 nights, and chose this location due to the reviews (higher than I would give), and price (very affordable). The property has creekside views, but that is looking down from your balcony, and just on the otherside of the creek is the parking lot for another hotel?! While the rooms were generally cleaned, there were areas that were not cleaned well enough such as the floor under the sink counter in the bathroom did not seemed like it had been swept/mopped in a while. There were water ring (wine) stains on the bathroom counter. The hotel is showing it's age in older doors, and hardware that don't quite fit, or work the way it should. The door to the balcony had a problem with the lock that it was not working smoothly, and we were not able to get it unlocked the 2nd night there, so the balcony was unusable (we could have contacted the front desk but didn't want to be disturbed by maintenance, so we are not sure how that would have been handled?). The pool area was clean with the exception of the standing cigarette disposal containers that were completely full to overflowing onto the ground, these obviously have not been emptied for a lo-o-o-ng time as there were not that many people around, and very few using the pool? I would not stay again unless it was my only option.
