I had an amazing stay at Sidney James Mountain Lodge in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. The lodge is family-owned, which really shines through in the personalized service and warm hospitality. The rooms were spotless, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. For the price, it was an incredible value, and I definitely had a great experience. Highly recommend it

This is a 3 star property, the room looked unclean. The floors had food on them where they had not been vaccumed. The bathroom tub filled up and you had to stand in the water to shower or put your foot on the stopper to release the water to drain. The rooms need to be updated. There were stink bugs all over the ceiling. Not a pleasant nights stay.

Per friendly! The poolside Cafe was really good great service excellent food. Indoor pool was nice, the hot tub was as well except there was a sign adults only but was packed with kids.

Room was completely neglected. We stayed for 3 nights and never had room service a single day. We usually left in the morning and came back in the evening with the hope that the towels/toiletries would be replenished but they didn’t do at all. Not a very pleasant stay.
