Clean up your place

With a little work this could be a decent place to stay. When we got in our room we noticed there was crumbs on the table from previous guests there was a toenail on the floor next to the table that was not clean. The rest of the floor look like it had not been vacuumed, as there was bits and pieces of stuff all over the place. Our neighbors told us they seen a roach in their room so we really started looking and sure enough here come a big old Roach. Do yourselves a favor and do a better job cleaning the rooms and get the place fumigated please.

I recommend not staying in room 201. The bathroom water runs all over the floor and into the bedroom. The damp smell is horrible, and there's mold on the ceiling. Thankfully, they moved us to a different room the next day, and it was much better and cleaner.

The usage of the room square footage could have been more customer oriented. The couch had no coffee table or end tables to set food our drinks. The Balcony you set right in front of air conditioning unit so on 90 degree days it adds another 30 degrees of heat. The air unit drains across the balcony making it slippery, the balcony above drips down on ours as well. The refrigerator and microwave was in this cabinet which was weird. The shower floor had no anti slipping surface. The foot stool for the couch was stained heavily. There was no room safe but the hotel facts said you should take all valuables with you, so that didn’t make use feel very safe at this hotel. They had just recently removed all coffee makers from the rooms, stay only saying that’s what the owners wanted to do. I would not stay at this location again.

Cr1071470 This is a very run down and poorly ran property. We booked two nights but ended up leaving and finding another hotel after seeing the condition of the room. The floor had sticky "gunk" all over it, I'm not sure how a cleaner could miss that, and there was a blood stained towel left on the hook in the bathroom. Needless to say I began to question the cleanliness/sanitization of the whole room after that. Front desk worker tried to offer new towels and came up with a mop to clean the dirty floor to no avail. It was all very unprofessional, but it was not her fault. This hotel needs a lot of work and better management. We found a much nicer/newer hotel a block away for the same price where we had a very pleasant experience

Excellent scenic location very close to a Smoky entrance. Hills on one side, a river on the other. Room was ok, but had a smell that may be a mix of room freshener and what was to be masked by it. Room and lobby needs to feel fresh. Average breakfast, eco-friendly bowls and plates.

asked for towels got an attitude from employee told front desk they just blew it off like it was no big deal. in my room the curtains did not close only about 2 feet would close .hotel across the creek could see right in the room front desk said i should shut the lights off.so nobody could see in so i went and bought safety pins so i could shut the shades.

Surprisingly spacious room, was pleasantly surprised. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was fresh even though we were some of the last ones in before they stopped closing. The pool was clean and open. Overall very affordable and clean. Would definitely stay there again. Location was great for walking too.

We liked how it was close to all of the places to eat. However, the man on the night shift was very rude when we called and asked the Wi-Fi password, it was a bit hard to understand him due to his accent, I had him repeat the letters to me and unfortunately he raised his voice so much my husband heard it from the other side of the room. When we were checking in, a customer called the phone and was speaking to this Gentleman, who was very rude about the directions he was giving to her, upon hanging up, he turned to my Husband and I and made a rude remark about her intelligence. The hotel room had a spot on the floor that looked like a spilled stain. The shower has mold on the ceiling and only one elevator. This made going downstairs a chore especially when you are located on the top floor. The breakfast was okay. Overall, it was a good stay but not a great one. Will not be interested in staying again.

Beds were decent. Breakfast was decent for being included for free. Place seemed a little dated but the balcony was nice and it suited our needs for a place to sleep at a less expensive price point. Great location off the main strip. I would stay here again.
