while these rooms are small, sleeping here after a late arrival or early departure is worth every dime. always quiet and the complimentary coffee bar is a nice start to the day. have stayed her at least 4 times.

Spotless, quiet, convenient

First time staying in this style of hotel. Room was small, you know that booking, but not teeny and it was spotlessly clean. Bed very comfortable. Very quiet. Don’t know if I’d want to spend more than one night in it especially if there are two people but being only a lift ride away from departures is a huge bonus. Ideal for early flights or late arrivals.

Great choice, once you find it

Basic room with no window, but clean and tidy, with a comfy bed and a good shower - all you need for an overnight stay before an early flight. (look for the signs in the North Terminal, but basically walk out of the train station an keep going straight until you come to a wall (with a way through to departure on your left) - there is a double door to the lifts/elevators ahead.

I spent two nights in this hotel as I was flying into Gatwick late on a Friday and out early on the Sunday. It couldn't be handier for that purpose when you arrive late or need to leave early for a flight. The room is comfortable and quiet. My issue with it was that there was zero human interaction. I did the check in through an email link which also operated the lift and then unlocked my bedroom door. I wasn't convinced that the door was locked when I was inside as there is nothing to indicate that it has. The technology is fun but a key card isn't that much hassle and I would have preferred that.

Compact & Camper Van Like!

As usual the digital check in didn’t work so we got a key from the desk. Location is superb for the South Terminal! 10 sq M is very tight. The bed is up against the window wall & just fits in the width of the room. Glad we got a room with a window as we could see the planes take off & land. Very well soundproofed. Bathroom is poorly designed. It’s a wet room and the water goes everywhere including on the wc & loo roll. Then when you’ve finished you can’t go back in without getting wet feet! No squeegee, nothing. Our camper van has a bigger bed, there’s more room inside, somewhere to sit, its own tea making facilities and a well-designed bathroom!

THE place for an early start.

It was in the airport itself, the room wasn’t huge, the bed was fitted in the width of the room, the room was spotless, the bath room had toilet basin and shower was the whole of the bathroom, it was all you needed, free coffee machine on level 7, and food was 20% off at the outside catering establishments. Really good place to stay, we are lucky enough to get a coach from near our house, so no car parking hassle.

Great place to stay

Great place to stay for a night before a flight. Very comfortable and reception staff very friendly and helpful. We had a bit of trouble getting the temperature in the room just right but that was probably us rather than the room!

The sleep rooms are basic but so convenient for south terminal departure. Clean and comfortable. Discount given in local facilities for food and drink. Nothing i didn't like. Exactly what i wanted to ensure a good start to our travels in the morning.

Hotel located in the terminal. Free shuttle to other terminals. Awesome beddings, big fluffy towels, beautiful toiletries, safe atmosphere, lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Unfortunately, one tiny room included the shower which sprays over the toilet while showering...one person at a time in there doing one thing at a time!
