The hotel does not exactly match the photos on Expedia … we noticed it right away. It’s quite outdated and old. The welcome beverage was a bottle of water…uh what? The room has a balcony but it’s barred off and you cannot access it. It is LOUD. You can hear every single thing in the hallway. The door and walls are paper thin. I would say this is more of a 2 star hotel, not 3. Do not recommend and will not return. But I will say - Cathy/Kathy at the front desk is AWESOME!!!

This hotel was located in the heart of Granada and staffed with excellent people. While the breakfast bar was did not offer as many choices as other hotels we've stayed in in Europe, it was better than American hotels.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic location (2 min walk to cathedral, 10 mins to Alhambra entrance (albeit then a steep walk to main palaces!) loads of good bars and places to eat nearby. Room and public areas very clean. Room may be fairly small but more than compensated for by its location and value etc. Stayed an extra night as area so good.

Excellent service, convenient location

Cathy at the front desk made our stay even better than expected, she was super clear, friendly and nice to chat with. She easily helped us with the valet, Jose and guided us to some local restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom looked recently remodeled which was very nice. I would book here again at the Anacapri if I return to Granada. You are walking distance from everything - especially the wonderful.
