This was a perfectly functional, clean chain hotel. Internet was down for the duration of our stay (not ideal for foreign visitors). Biggest complaint was that the hotel claims sustainability credentials but is an absolute disaster of single-use plastics, from individually-wrapped plastic cups in the bedroom to individually-wrapped bagels at breakfast and 'disposable' everything (cutlery, plateware etc). Chains like Radisson can and should be doing better than this - and do so elsewhere in the world where such wastefulness is not normalised.

The hotel itself was nice, the staff was friendly... however, their wifi was down, but they did comp the $10 parking due to it. When we first walked into the room and honestly thought we got pranked with their pillows... there were four of them on the bed and they were smaller than throw pillows... really hard to get a good night sleep with those. Ok for a place to stay when you want to be closer to downtown and other options are booked.. but bring your own pillows!

My family and I stayed here during a trip to Flagstaff. There were 12 of us, including children, and we were visiting for a family getaway. I called ahead to let the hotel know we would be arriving late, and I was told it would be fine. At check-in around 3 a.m., the front desk seemed confused about our reservation dates, which was frustrating after a long drive. The most upsetting part happened Saturday night when we briefly gathered in a family member’s room to plan the next day. We received a noise complaint call, which we immediately addressed. Minutes later, the same male front desk employee called back and used profanity, aggressively telling us to “shut the f* up” or we would be kicked out.** This was completely unprofessional and terrifying for the children. The kids were scared for the rest of the weekend. We spoke to the manager before leaving but received no apology or follow-up. The only positive was the breakfast attendant, who was kind and welcoming each morning. We spent over $500 and expected professionalism. Unfortunately, we will never stay at this hotel again.

The night we checked in was fine, but the following day the front desk (man) was so unprofessional and rude. We had 3 families check in at this hotel. Room 310, 315 and 222. Apparently someone complained that we were to loud in room 222 (there was 3kids) as we all met in there to have dinner before we all walked back to our own rooms. The front desk staff (man) called the room around 10:30-11pm and cursed at our family member over the phone and told us that he was going to loose out on money if the other family( the ones complaining) decided to leave. Our children were so scared after that. They didn’t want to stay and wanted to leave, but we had no where to go, so we couldn’t leave. When we came down to speak to him, he did apologize for using the f bomb, but what was done was done. Never will we go back again. And I’m requesting a refund.

The hotel is clean. However the beds are full size not queen (not as advertised) which makes it extremely uncomfortable for two people. The heater/AC inside the rooms are very noisy and cannot be turned off. Those two issues alone make sleeping really hard which is the only purpose of hotels.
