Tule nauttimaan maaseudun nÀkymistÀ vain 4. 1 mailin pÀÀssÀ Palisaden keskustasta. TÀmÀ mukava, puhdas ja hiljattain pÀivitetty huoneisto on kytketty maalaistaloamme, mutta on tÀysin lukittu ja yksityinen vieraillemme. Ei jaettua tilaa. Olemme kÀtevÀsti aivan Palisade-hedelmien ja viinien vieressÀ. Nautit upeista nÀkymistÀ Mt. Garfield uhkaa pohjoisessa ja Grand Mesa itÀÀn. Istu kuistilla, juo kahvia ja suunnittele seikkailusi! TÀmÀ on maa, joka elÀÀ parhaimmillaan!

TÀssÀ hiljattain uusitussa huoneistossa on 1 makuuhuone king-size-vuoteella. Olohuone ja keittokomero yhdistetÀÀn. SiellÀ on mikroaaltouuni, minijÀÀkaappi, pesuallas ja sÀhköpoltin. MeillÀ on tippakahvinkeitin suodattimilla, kahvi, sokeri ja kerma. Voimme majoittaa jopa 4 vierasta (ajattele hotellin tyyliÀ tiukasti), kun 3. ja 4. henkilö nukkuu upouudessa vedÀvÀllÀ sohvalla. Sinulla on oma kylpyhuone, joka on kytketty huoneistoon normaalilla amme / suihku-yhdistelmÀllÀ. MeillÀ on BBQ aivan ulkopuolella, pieni kuisti ja rajoittamaton pysÀköinti. ErittÀin ystÀvÀllinen jackrussell haukkaa todennÀköisesti muutaman kerran, mutta hÀn on vaaraton. MeillÀ on 2 pientÀ lasta, joten on mahdollista, ettÀ nÀet tai kuulet heidÀn pelaavan. MeillÀ on muutama kana ja puutarhatuotteita kauden aikana.

This property was so cute and cozy on the outside, and country chic on the inside. Leah was so easy to work with, and extremely responsive to messages and needs. The house was generously stocked with towels, kitchen items, even spices and olive oil! It’s one of the best places I’ve stayed!

The Barn house was absolutely perfect for our time in Palisade. It was so cute, beautifully decorated, and very clean! Leah has many special touches and has thought of everything to make the stay very comfortable. As great as the house was, our favorite part was the farm life setting. We watched beautiful horses grazing just outside the windows with colorful sunsets in the background. Highly recommend this place. Thanks for a great stay.

Amazing guest house and property!

Perfect little stop

This place was wonderful. They had anything you might need and it was very clean! We only stayed one night, the hot tub was perfect after a long day of driving. The beds were very comfortable. In the morning my kids fed the chickens while we packed up to leave. The view of the mountains is breathtaking. I would stay here again.

Very quiet and peaceful

My husband and I stayed in the main bedroom and my son and his girlfriend stayed in the loft. It worked out great and we all really loved the place so much. Chickens and cats were great to make it feel like home. Even though host is in main house, you would never know it. Very private. Chickens

Perfect Stay

I had a great one-night stay at this barn-home! It was spotlessly clean, well-equipped with everything you need to cook or kick back, and the setup was impressive. There's an outdoor fire pit and hot tub I didn't get to use, but they looked perfect for relaxing. The barn sits on over five acres with an amazing view of the mountains. The family managing the place was friendly and a pleasure to connect with. Only wish I'd stayed longer to enjoy it all!

Awesome home and property

Great location for family fun

The barn house was perfect for our family skiing vacation to Powderhorn. The home is well decorated and equipped and the hot tub was wonderful apres skiing! Would recommend this home for those planning on a vacation in the Grand Junction area.

Picture Perfect

We only stayed one night, but everything about this place was perfect! From the gas fireplace to the comfortable living room to the great beds and incredible kitchen, we wished we were staying longer to take advantage of all the great things available on the property. Perfect Barn Stay

We had an excellent stay at the little red barn. The property was exactly as described. It was perfectly appointed, comfortable, and no one wanted to leave. From the bedding to the hot tub and the fresh eggs in the fridge upon arrival, we couldn’t have been happier. We will be back!

Lovely... perfect for personal retreat

OMG this was just so perfect for me. I was looking for a quiet, peaceful place to write some music and do some dreaming... this was THE place. The chickens, views, super comfortable bed, and plenty of surfaces on which to spread out and work. So clean and thoughtfully appointed! Thank you for the experience...i really needed it!

Clean, cozy, rural retreat

The barn is clean and modern and very comfortable. The hot tub was delightful. Location is beautiful, including views of Little Book Cliffs, horses next door, and all the surrounding fields/farms. The loft bedroom was quite warm in late summer - appreciate the portable a/c, but it is loud. Could use another towel rack or hook in the bathroom, and an additional nightlight or small lamp to illuminate way down from the loft to bathroom.

Wine Country Getaway

My husband and I like to stay in Palisade every year or so. This was our first stay at the Red Barn. It was fantastic. Beautifully decorated and the host thought of everything to make our stay awesome. Fresh eggs in the frig and peaches was so nice. Bed and bedding was so comfy.
