Very nice for a family

Very accommodating. We had booked a 2 queen and pull out bed. When we arrived it was not available. They gave us connecting rooms with a king bed and two double beds. Very clean and enjoyable stay. Breakfast was decent and stocked well.

Upon check-in, we were put in a room with 2 double beds instead of a King room like we booked, the front desk staff were quick to make a change but we were then put in a first level accessible room instead, which for the price of our King room felt like a bit of a loss. Being on the first floor right near the lobby meant we heard a lot of the lobby noise and people walking by. However, the room was clean and large. I was disappointed the room did not have a safe in it, and since we were travelling from out of the country I was hoping to have a place to leave my passport safe and sound, as well as other important belongings. Other than that, the hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay again, but would hope to stay in the room we chose upon booking.

The rooms were nice- beds comfy, overall good experience. My only complaint is a member of the breakfast staff was very rude and you could hear them talking and complaining in the back room.

Responsive staff

There was an issue with a barking dog in the room next to me that was quickly resolved by staff! Room was clean and staff was great
