The TV in the living room did not work, and the only other TV in the bedroom only worked on basic cable, like it was the year 2000. Fix up the place, alot of areas need fixing and upgrading, and the TVs are at the year 2000 standards.....

It wasn't what I expected. No nice views. My Grandchildren were disappointed; they were hoping for a nice Balcony to hang out on. and looking for a stay on the Beach. The Kitchen sink has no stopper. Needed a Keurig Coffee Maker for our Coffee pods. A TV remote was a missing battery cover.

The property itself was fantastic. Check-in and out again fantastic. Location great! However, the unit we were in was less than desirable. Yes, it was clean at first glance. However, the couch was pretty dirty and stained, much less I can’t imagine anyone sleeping on the pull out sofa bed. The box spring had springs missing from the sofa bed. The cushioned barstools were extremely dirty and stained as well. In the shower where the top of the shower meets the wall was dirty and moldy. The unit could use a little updating with paint and furniture. The towels and sheets were clean.

Didn't like they only left 1 toilet paper roll for a family of 6 that stayed 3 nights 4 days. Also the blender was really dirty it looked like it had not been washed in months and after we washed it, it didn't work. It would been nice if we had a broom to sweep the floor. Besides all that it was good, close to the beach and stores.

This property was easy to get too, Perfect location. No issues except the door handle locked us out key would not work but the property management quickly took care of us. Batteries in bedroom didn’t work but everything else was easy and loved it!!!

It was a great start for the price and very close to the places I needed to be. I did request an additional parking pass because I had an unexpected extra car and wasn't given one... I understand there are usually only two provided for free but I wanted to pay an extra parking fee to get one but again no. I think that should be an option for future people.

The property is in desperate need of an update. The floors were filthy as was the living room carpet and the carpet on the spiral staircase. Overall cleanliness was disappointing. On the other hand, the property is in an excellent location. The building upkeep is good. Pool very nice. I've stayed in other condos in this building and been very satisfied but this one was pretty sad.

great place to stay

condo was great. looks as pictured. love the washer/dryer. instructions were precise and easy, that lock outside to obtain key was hard to open. we literally had to drop the lock to get the hatch to open. right across from beach and pool was perfect. perfect location, close to stores and restaurants. i would recommend this condo

Decent but will probably not be back

The property location was very easy to find and navigate. It did have elevators which was ideal with a toddler and all the stuff that comes with going on vacation. Once we got up to the room we noticed it was kind of small and the beds did not necessarily have a room to go with. It says it sleeps 6 (I think) and it probably does but 6 people being awake at once would be very squished. With 3 adults and a toddler we felt very in the way of each other. Also, the front door and balcony door did not lock which was very frightening and the main reason we will not be back. Some of the dishes were also quite dirty. The overall cleanliness of the condo was decent though.

Was ok but not great

The elevator and room had a strange smell to it. Makes you stomach upset. The rooms was clean and the beds was to soft. I didn’t like the seating on the balcony. The seating isn’t made for plus size people. And when at the pool. The umbrellas wasn’t never at the table u had to find someone to give them to u and on that Thursday when I asked for the umbrella the guy told me that they don’t give out the umbrellas on certain days. But later that day the umbrellas was out. So I had to sit in the sun.
